The result of this waec exams is the true reflection of the reforms started by Peter Obi and Obiano is continuing with it. If you paid attention you will notice Anambra dropped by two to three places in the last three exams due to the aggressive crack downs on exam malpractice and even the number of students taking exams in Anambra dropped drastically because its no business as usual.
