@chiori, its possible for weight to fluctuate but for the difference to be up to 9kg is what is strangw especially if it is just in a matter of days or a week.you may need to check your scale. Does this fluctuataion occur on the same scale? Do you weigh you self in the same place at the same time with the same attire on-this is vwry important.its best to weigh yourself very early in the morning before taking in anything and if possible, after bowel movement. It should be on a hard surface, not on a rug, and if possible on the same surface. Also best done without clothes on, if it must be done with clothes then the same attire should be worn for weighing. |

@modath: thats great oh, i mean the tummy tuck stuff. I hope the cost will not be out of this world. I am still watching mine, i hope it gets really better as the weight comes down. I have never really had a flat tummy too, but it has never been so bad either, after child birth, it got worse. I pray it tightens up with the exercises oh. When i started th exercise thingy,i.e.when i got back on track 4 months ago, my stats were as follows: weight:101.2 bust: 46/47 hips: 47/48 waist (round the navel):43 arms: 15 my current stats are as follows: weight:93.8 bust: 43/44 hips:45 waist: 40 arms:14.4 My waist was once 31 oh, that is when i was a size 14 before child birth oh. 7 years back, i used to be a size 10 with waist size under 30 but i got soooo careless. A friend told me about it when i was job hunting. I became a regular visitor and registered a few months after when I needed people's opinion on an issue. Ever since i have been hooked. Even though my busy schedule doesnt allow me as much time on it as i would love. |

@ML, see me see oppression for this thread o, I know by the time you are done we should not only record inches lost but a drop on the scale, you know it is always better to be weighed and be found wanting.he he he he my dear, no be say na oppression oh, i just have to take back what belongs to me oh. I started this journey november last year but slacked and gained back all the pounds and added extra on it. Now i am determined to do it to the end oh. @eljean:welcome to this thread. Fot the meaning of those, they are all forms of exercise/workouts. Looking it up on google might help. @modath:my sister, BFBM is touch oh and it is almost 50 minutes, from warm up to cool down. And its pure cardio. When i tried it d 1st time, i could manage to go half way but now i finish but feel soooooo exhausted. @HG:we dey oh. Yeah enough owambes this weekend. I some things that i would ordinarily not have eaten but did i have a choice? I was soooooo hungry and was just after anything edible. Was out since around 10am and i managed to have sthg to put in my stomach around after 4pm. I am not going to beat myself cos i hadly do it. At least thru out the holiday am home and have the power to control what i will eat. And men, i am going to workout as if exercise is going out of fashion this weekend. Have fabulous weekend all. |

@modath and HG: he he he he, u make me laugh. ah HG una don finish 6pack dey head for 12 pack now, chei.me all i want i want is 6 pack. i leave the 12 pack for u and modath,lol i didnt d any work out yesterday. had quite a long day - went to work in the morning and had to go from work to pick my hubby from the airport at night. by the time we got home, i was fagged out and could do nothing. My consolation is that i made healthy food choices, i did not go beyond the intended calories. Have a great day all. |

@all:hey, hope we are all good. @modath: how u doing? Now u are making me really scared of retouching oh. I have loosened my hair since saturday and iill retouch by next weekend. It is so seriously wet all the time. I dont have a choice cos i just have to work out, chei. @house:the last time i worked out last week was wednesday, i did tae Bo extreme. Hmmn my body was sooooo sore, i couldnt dare do anything until the soreness went away. Its like i injured my arms and shoulder, i guess the weight i used was too heavy-i was trying to be superwoman, lol. I have decide not to do any weight training this week so that the shoulders heal properly. I,ll do just cardio and maybe lunges and squats for now. @babsy: i hail u for this billy blanks dvds wey u dey do all the time oh. U are on the right track, its just that u didnt tell us how much u weigh, how much youn intend to loose, ur height etc. IMO my opinion, you are not doing badly for starters. Its just that u cant run away from water. Water is very important when it comes to keeping optimizing weight loss. It helps keep our metabolism up all. This is my own little input. We have some senior members/gurus in the house that can provide more experienced advice. @ modath,R4R,babsy, HG, and co:over to you. BTW; where on earth is R4R?why has he abandoned us ![]() |

@modath: lol at the kids. they are so interesting. my joy is that they will grow up active. welldone and pele about the hair. infact i have been thinking of how i will do it cos i wanna retouch my hair next week too, and once i workout, the whole hair gets soaked in sweat and all the styling/stretching becomes almost useless. and i would have really loved to show my long, thick and silky hair for the next one month oh, lol. anyways, the gains i get as a result of the sweat is worth more than the longest and thickest of hairs, so i console myself. i keep wondering how all these oyibos do it. is it that they wash it all the time or the just use a hand dryer to dry it? |
