Culture / Re: Mrs Dike An Igbo Citizen To Become The First Female OBA In Yoruba by mightycrown: 11:06am On Jan 04, 2014
This is a good development. i have no doubt it will encourage the
long-awaited unity, love, mutual respect etc among the tribes if
other tribes will give inter-marriage a free hand among all classes
(I mean including the nobles). this will produce a powerful and
indomitable nigeria nation that will be free from all forms of crisis.
however, I have 99.9% doubt if this can be allowed to happen in
the SE. I stand to be enlightened if it has been or can be in SE
(with proof).

Romance / Re: 9 Signs A Guy Has Never Had A Girlfriend by mightycrown: 6:32pm On Dec 10, 2013
friends help me out.
there is a girl in my block staying with her brother (a two stories building). i love this girl.
she hardly come out except when water is rushing and come to fetch. it took me time to get
attention one evening when she can for water. since then ive not been privileged to get her attention
yersday i wrote her a note to let her know hw serious i am about the issue. i demanded for a reply in
the note but i got none. few minute ago i was sitting outside, her brother was outside as well
but a little distance away from the building. her nephew was playing with other
children on first floor , she came there to carry the boy after which she came down the stair case and said
hi to me before i could finish responding she smiled and dash up the case. i tried to stop her but she stop not.
i love this girl. but i dont think she want me. should i continue to try or forget about her.
Education / Re: FG Didnt Give ASUU Ultimatum – Jonathan by mightycrown: 5:05am On Dec 01, 2013

The problem with NL is that it is filled with too many dunces. What did the president say differently? So you cant understand simple English. He is talking procedure. That is a man who knows due process and rule of law and makes his statement accordingly. Where you expecting him to talk like an illiterate Buhari. grin grin grin

He just told you procedure. That is how the information flows. Even when it is the president's directive, it doesnt have to be issued by the president. He didnt tell you that the report was wrong or that he was not in support. He told you due process and how it works. Most of you are not used to having an educated president so you always expect to h
ear "go and die"! grin[/quote

bros, do you digest the first paragraph of the write-up?
could you please spot out the similarity between this write-up and the one
posted some days back warning ASUU to resume?
nobody is happy about what ASUU is doing but the problem is that our leaders should
be plain and straight forward for once.
a bold leader won't deny what he said or authorized someone to say or better still
what someone who want the best for the country said that he (the leader) agreed on.

Widow or no widow.
The instructions/rules/ law was simple enough.
Why can't Nigerians obey simple instructions?
Why do we behave like animal?

From overloaded lorries,
To drunk unlicensed driver,
To roadside traders encroaching on the highway ,
Siren blaring bigman aka stupid politicians.

The next minute ,they will start complaining about bad government disregarding the fact that the government is mirroring our own personal bad behaviour.

Poverty is not an excuse.
Neither should the law develop eyes because she is a WIDOW.

The government is doing the job it was elected to do and our
Uncivilised people are talking about MERCY .
Yes ,the language was bad
But he had to personally set an example.

MY TAKE IS THAT NIGERIANS ARE SO ISED TO LAWLESSNES THAT IT HAS BECOME THE BEW NORMAL.

NOW FOR THOSE WHO ARE IGNORANT OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE WESTERN REGION AND THE MIDWEST,
WIDOW OR NO WIDOW,
THIS WOMAN HAVE BEEN CHARGED TO COURT ,HEAVILY FINED AND HER GOODS SIEZED .
WHEN DID IT BECOME A CRIME TO ENFORCE THE LAW?

u are not only heartless but also lack space for heart in u. meaning that artificial heart
would not even find a space to fit in.
mr/ms saint that has not broken law for once. did occur to you that if these looters
we call leaders abide by the law of the land and refused to loot our treasuries but use our resources
to put necessary things in place this widow will not choose to hawking? or do you think she was happy hawking in the sun?
if it is well with you today and have everything at your disposal give glory to God and never call the person that is not privileged to have a lazy man.

how many of these looters and murderers have been punished for their crime against God and humanity ? Good number of them are walking freely on our soil, what do you say about that.
abeg I rest my case.

Nigeria leaders! why is it that you can never initiate any policy that will put smile on the poor masses faces? why? what are the outcome of many policies implemented so far? most notable fuel subsidy, going to two year now. in what way has it benefited the masses? this is not all about protecting the local industries but is about making sure that the poor continue to suffer and to unable to get basic necessities. if fg put necessary infrastructures in place to encourage the local industries and goods are there, people especial the poor will want to buy from here. but not by blocking the only means. anyway smugglers will increase sha. this is nigeria
