Please next time u want to quote me try n say something intelligent. So now that it is obvious dat decree whatever isn't working why don't we revert or try something new? Remember,..a good driver shd envisage anyth. A lone calf once popped in ma face just afta d bridgehead at asaba,..if I was not on 90kmph,..i wud hav collided with d calf and who knows what might hav happened next.

Imagine having a blow out at 140kmph,..or have a drunk cyclist cross ur path at 150kmph!
