Is Israel fighting with Lebanon, or with Hezbollah? Of what relevance is an agreement with a lame-duck Lebanese government that could not even maintain a military strong enough to kick out the shia milita or stop the IOF from destroying their country? Attacking those countries you mentioned is a strategy of war as they host their enemy's military basis, which are used to attack them. The homurtz and the sitting duck military bases are their own strategic edge in this conflict and if I were them I would leverage it too.

What is sustaining big billionaires like Okoya, Folawiya etc is not their investments in stocks. It is their investments in property.
But make sure the property is situated in a place where rent income is good. Your uncle is lucky because Surulere is a hot cake!
Just think about the rent income that Okoya is receiving from all his assets littered all over Lagos.

Remember, the investments in stocks can be lost if the company should fold up or get liquidated. But it can also give you higher returns if you are fortunate. High risk higher rewards.

But for peace of mind, properties in choice areas are the best.

Lt. Isaac was at the forefront of the assault, courageously leading the breach and firing the first shots at the kidnappers' hideout.

During the operation, his convoy ran into improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and landmines planted by the terrorists. He sustained fatal injuries during the early phase of the mission and later died from a gun shot.

Lt. Isaac was laid to rest with full military honours on July 10, 2026; the same day the 44 victims regained their freedom. He was buried at the 23rd Armoured Brigade Cemetery in Yola, Adamawa State.

After 56 days in captivity, all 44 pupils, students, and teachers were successfully rescued unharmed without the payment of any ransom.

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State paid glowing tribute to Lt. Isaac's exceptional bravery, publicly acknowledging his ultimate sacrifice during an official briefing.
