Test was aimed at knowing how many home appliances and their watts rating that the inverter can carry before tripping off on overload protection.
Test was done using: - 3000w 12v pure sinewave inverter - 12.8v 100ah Powmr Lithium (LiFePO4) battery - 12v 20a Lithium charger - KL110F 100A battery monitor with bluetooth function to monitor watts and current pull of the appliances
Appliances tested and sequence of testing include: Sequence 1: Maxi 10kg washing machine (400w) + Haier Thermocool 100L deep freezer (80w) + LG Smart Compressor Refrigerator (85w) + Playstation 3 (100w) + Hisense 55" smart TV (130w) + Panasonic toasting machine (760w). Total appliance pull was between 1,200w - 1400w, and inverter didnt trip off. But the overload light came on as the load got close to 1400w
Sequence 2: Maxi 10kg washing machine (400w) + Haier Thermocool 100L deep freezer (80w) + LG Smart Compressor Refrigerator (85w) + Royal blender (400w). Total appliance pull was between 550w - 680w. Inverter didnt trip off and overload light didn't come on
Sequence 3: Binatone pressing iron (1200w). Appliance pull was 1,394w. Inverter didnt trip off. But the overload light came on
Sequence 4: Dual-face inductive cooker. Small face (1410w). Inverter didnt trip off. But the overload light came on. Big face (1596w). Inverter tripped off on overload

ask4bk: Hi, a lithium charger that charges to max 14.6v is destroying the lithium battery fast. It's not good to charge lithium that high, and that's what many don't know and they killing their battery like that and it won't last for years as expected. It's tubular and gel that can go that high.
For lithium, it's advised not to go higher than 14.2 (which is even till high). Best voltage charge setting is 13.9v or 14.0v.
True your lithium won't charge full, but you are sure your lithium will do 15 - 20 years with that. If your battery has editable bms, you can charge it so that 3.5v (which is 14.0v) be 100%.
This is an info many Nigerian lithium dealers and installers don't know.
Thanks for this tips. please I want to know the best voltage charge setting for my 12v 200A Lead Acid battery
Lolayetty: mine too will be10 months tomorrow. I haven't heard of anything from them. Anyways tracker has started working, you can check for any update on your application. I ordered gcms notes too
MarksmanD: Not true. I thought this was so before I tried it earlier this year. I have a UBA dom account and I was able to send USD directly from my Payoneer account to my UBA dom account without even using Swift code and beneficiary account number UBA gives. Only my UBA Dom account number was used for it. Also you can send money directly from Revolut to a Dom account. I have received money from Revolut like 4-5 times but you need to use Swift code and beneficiary account number the bank gives. The company I work for pay us using Deel and I tried direct transfer from Deel to my Dom account last week. It notified me that the transfer would take 5 working days, I'm still waiting for it to hit my Dom account. There many digital banks that can send money to your Dom account and you'll receive it as USD.
Hi bro, can you please tell me how you were able to setup Revolut account...its asking me for country of residence and nigeria isn't on the list
IMAliyu2: No, CBN had them disabled the ability to transfer.
Okay, thanks....Hopefully I can transfer from my Gtb Dorm to Grey for instance and convert to Naira using Grey's rate...Do you know if this would work?
IMAliyu2: I have all of them, I withdraw from my payoneer to my Grey account and exchange to Naira, I have not used geegpay so far.
I have not used my geegpay account because of the deposit fee, which is a 0.9% minimum of $1.5 & max $30 which I don't want to give them. However if you deal in large amounts of money, geegpay will be cheaper.
Grey on the other hand has a flat deposit fee of 1%. Which comes out to a few cents for the amounts I make.
In regards to the type of US bank account they use, Geegpay is superior. Geegpay US bank account is WellsFargo bank, Grey uses a community Bank.
In terms of conversation fees Geegpay doesn't have conversation fees, but Grey charges another 1% for conversion to Naira.
Overall you can have both then choose which one is more convenient for you.
Payoneer is an annoying one, if you can avoid them then do so, unless the platform only works with payoneer.
Great Post...please can I transfer from geegpay and grey.co to my gtbank dorm account?
rapheal5: Good morning, did you get response on your post?. I would like to know the rough estimate of how it would cost me for canada visiting visa, ticket included and im also getting an invitation letter...Thanks
Eddodoh: I noticed that when I try to search my proposed company name on the CAC website for reservation it shows that no record found which I am sure means it's available as no similar name or anyone uses it.
But I submitted the names for reservation, both names were rejected citing companies with similar names. It is that the CAC name availability search is not reliable?
Please how many days did it take for them to reject after you submitted for reservation?
Eddodoh: This name search, I feel that it's not reliable ooo. I carried out search before I submitted for reservation but I got a rejection message that those names I provided look identical with some names they gave.
Why didn't those names pop out when I was doing the name search? That's my concern.
I don't even think the name search is working right now...I tried yesterday to search for a business name I know exists, infact I had searched for the business name last year when it was newly registered and it came up...but as at today the name search is not returning any records for the name.
Please how did you go about it....I'm having similar experience

sellout1: Hi, I am in a bit of confusion choosing between Australia or Canada to Japa to. Quick context. I have a Job that pays me N4m monthly. I started since December 2023 and I have been able to save 20m naira. the thing is tech jobs in Nigeria are very unpredictable and I can wake up one morning and see everyone has been laid off hence I am not totally locked in on staying in Nigeria and Jobs are quite difficult to land (High Paying). I made the decision to use my savings to Japa and have narrowed down these two countries. other countries are welcome. which would be suitable for me. I work as a Data Analyst/Engineer for a tech company. I have 3+year's experience. I am Single and just turned 28 years. I haven't quite my job so I am currently still working.
Please which company do you work for? I'm also a data analyst, bi developer and data engineer and like to connect with hr in your company
