The 'big guns' FYI are : Croatia, England, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and - world and european champions - Spain!

The main danger are France, who are in Pot 2. But also lurking are Serbia, Switzerland, Belgium and Scotland. Teams that the bigguns will all want to avoid.

Up next: EUROPE!

B - Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, New Zealand, Fiji
A - Tahiti, Round 1 winner, New Caledonia, Vanuatu

Just 2 groups of 4 to be drawn,

American Samoa, Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga. The winner of this league, for our purposes, will be called 'Round 1 winner'.

So, the following 4 teams will play a league system between November 21-26 to determine which team joins the Oceania heavyweights in the main draw:

As for Concacaf, Oceania will have a qualifying round just to complicate things further.

That's it, just the 3 groups there. Oceania should be next,

C - Honduras, Cuba, Group C winner, Group D winner
B - Mexico, Costa Rica, Group A winner, Group B winner
A - USA, Jamaica, Group E winner, Group F winner

Now, the winners of each of those Groups will go through but, only to the third round where they will face the seeded teams I mentioned earlier (USA, Mexico and Cuba). And that will be drawn now,

F - US Virgin Islands,Curaca, Antigua & Barbud, Haiti
E - Belize, St. Vincent& Grenadine, Guatemala, Grenada
D - St. Lucia, Puerto Rico, ST. Kitts & Nevis, Canada
C - Bahamas, Nicaragua, Dominic, Panama
Bermuda, Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago
A - Dominican Republic, Cayman Islands, Surinam, EL Salvador

The top seeds to look out for here are the USA, Mexico and Honduras. They, of course, cannot play each other but they will have to face either Jamaica,Costa Rica or Cuba; all in pot 2.

The next continent is Concacaf, which covers North and Central America plus the Caribbean.

That's the Asian group done. Some interesting matches shaping up already and we're still yet to draw the heavyweights.

Asia
There are no preliminary games in the Asian group, meaning we will have five groups of four teams. Easy.

That's it for africa!

J - Senegal, Uganda, Angola, Match 4
Cameroon, Libya, Match 2

H - Algeria, Mali, Benin, Match 9
G - Egypt, Guinea, Zimbabwe, Match 5
F - Nigeria, Malawi, Match 1, Match 3

D - Ghana, Zambia, Sudan, Match 8
C - Ivory Coast, Morocco, Gambia, Match 12
B - Tunisia, Cape Verde, Sierra Leone, Match 6

South Africa, Botswana, Central Africa, winner of Match 7

The winners of the above play-offs will go into the main group stage, and those groups are as follows,

Cafu looks cool, calm and collected ahead of the main Africa draw. Neymar looks as confused.

Sao Tome e Principe v Congo

Comoros v Mozambique

Guinea v Togo

Seychelles v Kenya
