The Cbn nd finance ministry should be independent , who called the shot for fx restriction , I guess it was Buhari nd they followed his orders ..... I don't see the need for all this unnecessary travel dat u can as well send ur ministers or Vice President... Even if na summit of global commissioners he will still attend it and end up reading out script on how his govt will be committed to this n that , nd "we will" do this and dat !!! Wat a president
