Download the required Gradle version to a folder. So for every project, you can use the offline gradle by using the option in Settings-Gradle.

What you need next is syncing your project whenever you add new libraries in your build.gradle file. This does not "eat" much data.

You can use the import existing code option and locate the app folder, make sure your system is connected to the internet. It would sync automatically, and then run Build and debug any issue that you get.

UPDATE!!!

Just got an ODVI invite today, after a regret mail oo!!. Really can't contain my joy.

What could have happened? Technical glitch? Invite is for one of the roles i applied to and regret for the other? No need for analysis, I feel its God's grace .
