Business › Re: Do It Yourself Importation Guide Free - Season 2 by mindtricks: 10:14am On Jul 10, 2013
Herdeoye: Good to see that this informative thread is still alive and its even great to see that some people have taken the bull by the horn.To those who have questions that have not been answered please dont take it as an offence it isnt everyone that has the time to start taking you through the basics thats why the Season 1 of this thread still lives. All you have to do is to take some time and go through it. Trust me it wont hurt. After that you can still login to AE and go through their FAQs and forum you might be suprised your answers might be right there. If after that you think you havent had enough you can drop your question here. But please note that no one is under any obligation to answer it. I remember having an issue with my card some time ago but no one had a solution to it until i read it on AE that there was an upgrade that was why I had the problem. Imagine where the answer was, after calling customer care a dozen times. So please do not be offended if your questions are not answered promptly or answered at all. The next thing is taking a step toward the info we have gathered. I noticed someone from Season one that is still asking a newbie kind of question here. I still find it hard to believe. This import thing is not as hard as it seems but it seems those that are finding it hard are those that are following the masses. Dont be afraid to make mistakes it is part of the learning curve. Understand the market!!! Thats why we did Business Studies, Economics and probably Marketing in our school days. Thank God people have stopped asking for links. To some people importation is a leisure sport, while to others it is business.... SERIOUS BUSINESS.
Sorry if my jargons have offended you. I just felt like dropping my 5kobo!!!
Well said bro. BTW just wondering what happened to ur L3 DISCUSSION THREAD? Any info I heard about it too frm one of their reps.

Whateva be case, we dont want one ntw (esp MTN) to dominate the mkt as that leads us nowhere. MTN is too greedy/unfriendly to be left to rule and run naija telecom all alone.

shigidi: NB is quite expensive at the price you bought it. That is not to say it may not even surpass that price in the coming months. But to be safe, i gave that time frame.
Just curious, what price would you have considerd NB cheap enough for buy at this time?

Nairaland General › Re: Where Can I Get Original Honey In Large Volume At.low Cost by mindtricks: 9:31am On Jun 17, 2013
mercylicious: You can get original honey and at a cheap price at Nsukka in Enugu state. Most people dt retail it in south east get it from there. But since u r retailing, you have to also consider the transportation to your location.
To know original honey, pour it in paper, it will nt stain the back of the paper. Also if you pour it in water, it won't mix. Nt sure if its float or sink but I know its either of the two.
Yes, Nsukka is a place one can possibly get. I think original should sink. Yet they might mix it with something?

Giifted: Go 4 F7! Simple!
FYI, going by price considerations F7 and N3/P3 are not peers. It's obvious F7's beta, but much more expensive.
Nairaland General › Re: Where Can I Get Original Honey In Large Volume At.low Cost by mindtricks:
Op, Your question's a nice one, only that 'original honey' which you want is actually a hardnut to crack in naija where people do just anything for money.

R2bees: sumbody told me N3 is beta, now my guy at the top is saying p3 is beta... Just confuse.. Have u priced it yet
NOTE: Both have similar specs with slight notable differences. Some advanced users insist that tho P3 has some extra eye-catching features like frontcam and keypad light, N3 is still more rugged. Goodluck.

HOLLASLYD: Yep I've run the benchmark. They both have the same performance.
Regarding quality, n3 is a bit superior notwithstanding the extra added feature which don't really count. I've always told people. P3 is not worth ditching the n3 for. Literally the same device
Thanks Boss! kiss

HOLLASLYD: what was ya request?
Here my dear:
mindtricks: Holla baba, plz dunno, have u run ur Performance Benchmark test on P3 to draw more reasonable and informed comparison of the P3 against N3? Some folks that have handled both phones argue that N3 is more rugged & outperforms P3, which (P3) tho has some few extra physical features, appears more prone to memory low. What's ur take?

mathefaro: HOW TO ROOT TECNO P3
For you to root a Tecno P3 phone you
will have to do these:
Goto system settings - Applications and
select unknown sources and go to
preferred install location and select
internal memory, scroll down to
Development, and select "USB
debugging and Allow mock location.
STEPS TO ROOTING TECNO P3
1. Download and install Poot to your
phone memory.
2. Open or launch Poot it will tell you
that "This application requires
ministro service" and you would be
asked if you like to install it.
3. Download and install Ministro II
library (from Google play store).
4. Open Poot, it will require you to
update QT libraries, your phone will
automatically reboot(or reboot
manually).
5. Wait till Poot has completely
updated QT libraries and if it fails be
patient and keep retrying till it's
successfully.
6. Now your phone will automatically
restart but if not; switch or tun off
your phone.
7. Remove your memory card and
probably one or both of your Sim
cards.
8. Switch or turn on your phone and
allow to load to the home screen.
9. Quickly go to your phone menu and
launch or open poot.
10. Now select the first options i.e.
"press here to poot".
11. Your phone will freeze and then
automatically restart.
12. Quickly go to your phone menu and
launch or open poot again.
13. If successful you will have 3
buttons.
14. Select the second option to
download and install super user .
15. Select the second option to
download and install root checker .
16. Launch or open Root Checker and
click on verify root access to check if
your device is rooted.
17. Congratulations your phone is now
rooted!
If you don't succeed in rooting your
phone at step 10 i.e where your phone
hangs and refuses to restart. Just take
out your battery and put it back in,turn
or switch it on and repeat step 7 - 10.
Hm, such a cool headed guide!
