Regardless of the results against Poland, Bewene is a new talent, Nnadi endeared himself to us, Otelle made some good moves (needs to work on his final balls), that's what matters in friendlies to me. omo bro for the confidence and growth we dont need any disgraceful result ooo…else na tomorrow dem go start dey discuss how to remove Chelle from the job to bring in Eguavoen for afcon qualifiers |

chrisooblog: If I was coaching Zadok and want to suggest players to watch clips of and copy I would promptly point to Finidi, Beckham, Figo, Mahrez, and Di Maria.
A productive winger to me is one who uses his dribbling skills to create that slight space to deliver a cross or shot. A high IQ winger for me is one who is smart enough to know when to cross or shot instantly instead of pointless dribbles that allow defenders time to get into shape.
Zadok is young and still has time to refine his game and avoid Ikedia, Maduaeke, Chukwueze kind of wingers play sets. Chukwueze not hitting his highest potential in soccer is not tied to his wing play pattern….its just simply shows that’s the height of his ceiling and limit of him wing play destiny…. I would want Zaddok to grow into the Neymar/Lamine Yamal shape(players that can delete you one on one turn your stomach in and out and mess you up and still deliver beastly crosses and assist aswell as adding beautiful goals to his game |

Sugarboyy: How many points comes with winning and which position will the SE be if we win Portugal? From FIFA website👇🏽 How are rankings calculated? The FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking is determined using the Elo Model. This method adds or subtracts points for matches to or from a team's existing point total. The points which are added or subtracted are partially determined by:
relative team strength match importance match result expected match result |

Nomyth: Should we beat Portugal and allow Morocco sneak into the top 5 FIFA rankings and obliterating our proud record?
Or should we lose to guide our record?
Dilemma 5. Portugal 1763.83 6. Brazil 1762.66 7. Morocco 1756.94 They have to first beat Brazil in their opening match at the world cup, then hope we beat Portugal, otherwise they are not smelling that 5th position |

Amedino99: We have really performed suboptimally in the world cup as a continent. Cameroon for example has been to the world cup the most, 8 world cup appearances, played 26 matches yet it couldn't crack more than 5 wins. For a football crazy continent this graphic is such a poor look for us. Its so so so bad for us as a continent, thats why i made earlier post some pages back that after match day 2 just watch how almost all 10african countries will be dragging with lowly places Asian teams and SouthAmerican teams for 3place finish in d group…. watch how all those mid table European teams will line up behind world soccer powers in first and second position…na only Morocco,CIV and maybe Senegal go put up small fight |

Countries that I cheer for despite us being rivals include Cameroon, Ivory Coast, and sometimes Algeria (if they are not being annoying).
I don't really send Senegal but I don't beef them. I so hate these ones eehnnn…they do not even hide their resentment for Nigeria both in soccer and all rounder |

Mujtahida: My bad belle prayer is for all of them to come home after first round.
The story is told of three men who found themselves in hell. The devil told each of them to make one request and it will be granted. The first one promptly asked to be with his family.. The word was barely out of his mouth before he found himself cozying up in the warmth of his home.
The second one requested that he wants to be on a cruise ship in the pacific ocean. Fiam, he found himself on a cruise ship and began partying.
Well, it was now the turn of the third guy. Do you know what he asked for? He requested that the devil bring the two other guys who had left, back to hell.
His request was granted.
We Super Eagles fans are in the hell of disappointment now. My bad belle request is that all African teams must come back after first round. 😂😂 chai🤣🤣🤣🤣 i can only have soft spot for Capeverde |

Unless Hugo Brooks has something interesting up his sleeve, the bafana bafana I've been watching for the past 5-6 months may finish dead last in that group. For all the hype surrounding them since they made the WC last year, they've underperformed massively. asin ehhn we really snoozed before chelle came oo… imagine after match day 4 the group looked like this Rwa 7pts SA 7pts Ben 7pts Les 5pts Nig 3pts Zim 2pts couple with SA playing large bulk of games at home, it was gonna be difficult to catch up with them. With the hot chase we gave them it was not enough SA 18 (+6 goals) Nig 17 (+7goals) Ben 17 Les 12 Rwa 11 Zim 5 so so unfortunate 🤦🏽♀️ |

Philosopher1979: All said and done, we are i think less than 20 years away from an African team wining the world cup. Cameroon broke the psychological barrier in 1990 Morocco broke another psychological barrier in 2022. So what is next After semifinal it is final. We just need an organized African team without the usual administrative problems and it is possible. The fact that football is a team sport gives African teams a fighting chance. As long as your players are at least above average. Like the 65% in quality then you can win. You only need 2 to 5 world class players to win the world cup. You dont need 11 players in Real Madrid and Barcelona. Just 3 superstars and players in average teams in the top 5 leagues of Europe and players in Greece, Turkey, Belgium, Portugal and even a good African league like South Africa. With that, an African team can win the world cup. Most African teams are like that anyway. It will be an upset manner. Like greece wining the euro in 2004 or denmark also winning the Euro. I HOPE PRAY AND BELIEVE IT WILL BE NIGERIA. seriously ooo…Nigeria is a country that has the ability to go toe to toe with elite teams…our system is really limiting us…just imagine Zadok yohana on the street hustling as at last year…now see teams jostling for that guy’s signature…. we are a big footballing nation..Thats why till date we have the highest win ratio in worldcup games(though the record may be broken by Morocco, cos they have one win to equal that record) Imagine Morocco and Cameroon started attending world cup before us and yet we toppled them on that record. If we were in that Morocco shoes of 2022WC walai na final we for end up… |

Damioduso1: Morocco will beat Scotland abd qualify has second place team behind Brazil or even too Brazil self
Senegal may finished second or third in the group they will also qualify
Algeria may finished Second or third and qualifier has best losers if they can beat Austria
The. Likes of Ghana, Tunisia, Cape Verde, DR Congo group stage exist likely Senegal has to up their game, France will surely struggle against Norway…Senegal will have a mountain task to climb beating Norway Algeria beating Austria is also slim oo😀😀, its only Nigeria and maybe Cameroon in history of world cup that can handle all this midtable decent european nations like Czech Poland Serbia Bosnia Iceland Norway Greece etc |

Amedino99: agree with your sentiments. South Africa also has a chance to make the next round through the best 3rd place route That SA is very group tough ooo Mexico host country(they will do everything to keep themselves in that tournament oo Czech republic these guys play like Croatia and Portugal all those their “IC” ilic, zigic, fucic, vidic players are very sound soccer players oo Then you see South Korea okokobioko!!! go and watch their replay of Russia 2018 Korea vs Germany Qatar 2022 Korea vs Portugal Those guys are flash…beating those top guys hands down Korea and Japan are Asian menaces SA is a team that ride on the poor form of giant nation to bully lesser teams to top a group… They really benefited from our poor start and used the opportunity to extend lead against us by beating low teams like Rwanda,Lesotho and Zimbabwe….Dont be deceived by their qualification to the world cup, they are not a solid side to face technical teams….even at afcon they could only beat Zimbabwe and Angola in group stage when they met Egypt they lost, in round 16 they met Cameroon and were booted out |
