This outcry against Muslim / Muslim candidates is highly unwarranted. Apc is not the only political party. If you don't like their composition, vote another party. It's as if some people are afraid of Apc's choice of candidate may win the election.
I'm sure Tinubu has already cut his losses by choosing a Muslim Vp. He knows it'll cost him votes among the Nigerian Christian communities.

I don't foresee anything sinister in his choice, it only a desperate political calculation to amass majority votes from the North while banking on the tolerant nature of Christians to also get votes among them .

Things are pretty tough. I mean, its really expensive to keep staying alive in Nigeria right now. The situation is made worse by the fact that our government at every level are bunch of heartless and evil ppl.

Lol. We are one of the exporters of crude oil in the world yet we keep getting shortages leading to skyrocketed prices of PMS. The only time we have low prices of PMS was during the covid break when our trading partners halted for sometime in trading.
You concluded that this is when we need good leaders and sadly we have greedy politicians. As an economist I can tell you that our leaders are not ready for this and so expect more increase in prices of gas because foreign exchange is bae.

The problem here is the price of Gas will increase madly in Nigeria in favour of their foreign counterpart because we can't plan ahead of demand of foreign exchange

It won't cause increase, rather it will lead to decrease.

Right now we import our gas. We don't have the infrastructure to extract our own natural gas.

If the EU invest in infrastructure to extract and refine the gas, we will produce locally and export the remain after we satisfied local consumption.

This is where we need good leaders not greedy politicians that'll prioritised exporting it over local use because of foreign exchange they make into their pockets

We need Buhari out of office asap! So he doesn't ruin this deal.
