There is a serious brain drain in the health sector that should give everyone cause for concern. Very soon, our entire healthcare system will be left in the hands of quacks and inexperienced people. Needless to say the impact of that on the live of the ordinary Nigerians who can't afford the cost of medical tourism. |

Motivation doesn't come from without, it comes from within. Several things keep me motivated to write. 1. I think about the good I'm doing by changing lives through my writing. 2. I give myself deadlines. That way, I force myself to sit and write. But you do have to understand that ideas will not always flow well each time you sit down to write. Don't focus on how much you write. Instead, focus on the quality of your writing and the consistency. Writing two hundred words each day for five days, to me, is better than writing a thousand words at a go every five days. 3. I see myself as an artist that constantly needs to practice to stay focused. Doesn't matter what you write about, just write. 4. I remind myself that people need to read new books from me. I aim to create better content for my readers so I push myself to do better. 5. When I'm not writing, I read. Reading is one good way a writer gets motivated to write. |
