The information you got is likely to be invalid. Since the inception of the examining body in West Africa, I haven't heard any news of leaked questions. The body is so strict and careful while dealing with examination situations. |
I keep wondering everyday what the problem with some Nigerian students is. I really can't tell. Almost everybody depends on examination malpractice, yet many want to become doctors, engineers, radiologists, journalists, etc. How can you become any of these with a certificate you can't be able to defend? I'm currently an ss3 student of Christ High School, Abor in Enugu state, preparing for my external exams - Waec, Neco, and Jamb. I'm an independent student. Whether I'm taught or not, I still flow. I adopted the method of self education when I was in Ss2, precisely in the second term. I never loved to cheat in examinations. Many people think they can't make it without going through the illegal ways which they think is the best. It's true that there is no ample time for studying, especially for those preparing to sit for Jamb, but it's proper we try "time management". Try being busy always. Don't let your mind be idle because that's when evil thoughts come your way. It is then you start to think of not being able to clear your papers and trying to adopt various illegal remedies for that. What I mean is examination malpractice. Now, I don't really know what to do or say about the situation of education in Nigeria today. Our educational system is in a complete shambles. Many would blame it on parents, others on the government, others on teachers and lecturers but I tell you, the problem lies within the candidates and students. They haven't been able to develop and cultivate reading culture. They wait to be taught before they think of learning. That's not a good one. Sometimes, I think about great men who have really brought changes into the world. People like Albert Einstein, who was rejected and was hated by his class mates and teachers. He was scorned. He was called "block head", still, he never listened to what people said about him. He never gave up. He never succumbed to the pressure. He never relented. He still trusted in himself. He concenterated on his strength - imagining things - and put less concenteration in his weakness. Today, he is one of the world's renown scientists who shook the foundations of physics with his theories of relativity. He shall always be remembered for this great achievement of his. What am I really saying? In every individual is embedded a great being and personality. God has given each and every one of us wonderful gifts. You can't find the treasure put in you by God by being lazy. You really need to work hard. One's determination would surely lead him to his desired destination. Always think positively and one day, I know, by God's grace, Nigeria would become a better place to live in. Seek knowledge, think knowledge, apply knowledge!!! You are as important as the president of this country. Help fight examination malpractice. Make the decision today.... May God bless Africa!!! |

Please folks, mind how you speak about men of God. Your comments shouldn't contain any jot of insult as regards the prophecy given by the man of God, T.B Joshua. He has been giving prophecies ever since he started his ministry and none of them has never come to pass. He is a true man of God, judging from what we see every sunday in his ministry. We (NIGERIANS) should be be grateful to God for giving us true men of the kingdom like TBJ. He has given the prophecy, so we ought to wait till sunday to see what would be the outcome. As he always says, "A true prophet is the one who lives to see God's prophesies, delivered by him(d man of God), come to pass."My advice now is: be careful what you say about annointed men of God to avoid the wrath of God. The scripture says: ..."those who curse you I will curse; those who bless you, I will bless." BE WARNED! |

This question has been bothering me for quite a long time. I'm still in high school preparing for my final exams to get my o'level certificate. I would like to sit for Jamb also but I'm still having the problem of choosing the course to pursue in d uni. These two courses have been ringing in my mind and I don't know which one to go for. I'm equipped to go for any of them but I still need to know how what I would be facing looks like if I applied for both. Please my fellow Nairalanders, of these two courses, could you tell me which is more complicated and logical as your answers would help me in having a career kick off? I'm really desperate to know your opinions cos they would help me make wise decisions while filling my Jamb form. Thanks!!! |

Wash twice a day using green soap and ashes... This would help prevent bacteria invasion. |

I think the reason why teachers, specifically those in the high school level, get involved, or encourage exam malpractice, is because they need some money which would help supplement their meagre salaries. |
Many people miss a lot 4rm d rejected prophet's teachings - T.B JOSHUA. The spirit of homosexuality that possessed these guys, immediately they were killed, left them for a new place (sum oda persn's body) to tk refuge. As a result, may people would still be killed the same way these guys were killed. Killing the guys wasn't actually the best way of passing judgement un2 them. The body has been destroyed but he who causes violence, wickedness, sin, destruction, theft, etc (the evil spirit) still lives, so lynching would continue and many other youths would be killed. All we need is deliverance. |
Not as mysterious as Albert Einstein...! |
The best answer is this: more universities should be built by the FG as all the universities have a maximum number of candidates they give admission to. Without this, I don't think there's any other means. |

My fellow Nairalanders, please I would like to get your opinions on how one can be able to get admitted into a Nigerian University at first attempt. Some say it depends on your connection with people in the University, who may help you secure admission easily. Others say the determining factor is your perfomance in the UTME and PostUME examinations. What do you think? |
