MOG6670:
that's a different scenario. But unforturnitly, only 2% out of hundred can modered it, where by it end up ruining 98% because masturbation is'nt easy to moderate unlike sex. And for ur information, i'm nt one of these hypocrate pretend. I masturbate once in a while.
In the case of excessive masturbation, it will definitely cause lots of harm... moderation is key in everything we do, people just tend to overblow the effects of masturbation

I have never experienced any such pain in my life.

Op, it could be infection. See a doctor asap
Masturbation and handjob can cause some pain after u ejaculate, especially if u jerk very hard....it is very rare in rough sex, but can still happen

MOG6670:
manhood shrinkleness, poor erection, premature ejaculation and loss of focus
Rubbish upon rubbish, masturbation does not cause any of these if done in moderation, if u have sense to think, how on earth does masturbation causes all these when handjob dosent?
As long as u do things in moderation,u are good to go, masturbation is more draining because u use alot of brain power to visualize stuffs as u jerk..

You are not having the firsthand impact of what AI is capable of and all of a sudden you think you have an opinion worthy of discussion? Yeah right.
I have nothing to say to you, everyone and their own worldview

RickyJesus:

That's the point you are panicking for no reason, this won't happen in your generation and most likely your grandchildrens', all you can do is take advantage of AI and earn something for yourself, this panicking and doomsday prediction won't do you any good.
It is important to have a long term view of important things, and also an opinion, while there's no immediate threat, things can change overnight, you must think about these things as it relates the future, have an opinion and spread your opinion, thats how society develops and grows, your opinion enlightens others and the cycle of knowledge continues....

Very True...
A world of Universal Basic Income, how then can humans be productive, if we all get paid by government, we may see a shift towards Communism
Communism? This could be a possibility, if majority of the people are not working , then the government may step in to control some sectors of the economy to ensure there's enough for everyone, like Agricultural sector ..
This is very possible...hmmmmm

RickyJesus:

It won't, even the Internet how many percentage or Nigerian and Africa have access to it?
Thats why i highlighted 5G in the post, advances in connectivity will continue, even satellite transmission of Internet services may increase and become cheaper...
And for the most part, all urban areas in Africa has connectivity to the Internet, so in the near future AI will also affect the economies of African countries....
This shows that on the long run, we may not depend on industrialization to create jobs, and provide income to the people, something else may substitute, UBI?
Politics / Re: What Are Your Thoughts On Universal Basic Income by Minsk24: 8:52am On Apr 14
Ertugrul:
This is concerning,
On the flip side, it will make cost of production cheaper for business owners..
Yes for sure, but at what cost?
For example, California has a new law which increases minimum wage for some restaurant chains, some of them are shutting down or relocating, imagine this scenario in 20 years from now, these restaurants will simply buy more robots, lay of some workers amd and save cost on the long run ...by then these AI robots will be cheaper and more efficient

Hurry up and get rich because AI is coming and that means you will be replaced in your job and be told what you can and cannot do by a government that hasn't got your best interest at heart
I understand your point, but not everyone will make loads of money and sustain it, we must plan very well for the future ...
It really looks scary TBH

Except You have been in coma or just recently arrived on Earth, you must have heard about Artificial Intelligence and its Pros and Cons, with all the hype around the technology, one thing is certain, it will cause lots of disruptions to life as we know it, for better or worse ..
When you combine advancement in Chip technology,Quantum Computing, 5G and Artificial Intelligence....it is plausible that in the coming decades, Artificial Intelligence will get better to the point where it takes away lots of jobs done by humans...
If a company needs to hire 100 people, they may cut back hiring in half of less and combine humans with AI robotics...
This willa lead to job cuts across the globe, how do you think this should be handled when the time comes..
The idea Of Universal Basic income comes to mind, this means that people just get fixed income from the government, will it make things better? Do u have any better proposal as to steps that should be taken when this period eventually kicks in?

Below is a report from NBC, a restaurant utilizing AI robotics, there are still humans working in the background but the AI has reduced the amount of people that normally would work in the restaurant

Oga shut ur mouth, the state must stand up to its responsibility to get rid of criminal elements, there are criminals everywhere and u cannot expect the traditional institutions to play a vital role in checking non-violent crimes like this....do u know the supply chain involved in such criminal activities? The lunatic asylum case is very lame...
That means these asylum centers would have been situated all over the world, is it possible to beat out culture that has evolved for thousand of years from a people in just 300 years? How is it possible that people were silenced to the point where they could not tell there children secretly, how is it possible that Sahara was green and the descendants of the sahara migrated downwards 300 years ago and they did not tell their children about it...i have people in my village that are hundred plus, it means probably their grandparents were alive during this war ...it means they would have known locations of the lunatic asylum camps...abeg op where were they located, and if u cite the one in USA, why not cite the ones outside the USA

Why will the Europeans conquer the world in such manner of absolute control and then relinquish power, because the europeans never Colonized china, Japan and some other countries, they might have occupied them at some point but they did not colonize them....
England defeated China in the opium wars, it was the US Navy that forced the Japanese shoguns to open up the country...

So if 300 years ago, the Europeans conquered the world, why did the relinquish power in some countries that were never Colonized

OP how will u explain spread of islam in Central Asia, in india for example...why are there hindus and muslims...if all our history is fake, how did Islam become entrenched in Asia....was islam already existing before the great war?
Is it the great war that displaced Greeks from present day turkey? How will u explain the turkic migration from central asia to present day turkey
So the Ottoman Empire is fake history , the seljuks is also fake...
If the Europeans won the war, why is Istanbul in the hands of Europeans, why is there Muslim influence in parts of Europe, bosnia, albania

According to the OP, it definitely means that colonization did not exist na?
So why are we speaking English today while people in asia and other parts of Africa speak different non-european languages

While i applauded his decision to change the constitution, the military leader should offer a new timeline for a return to civil rule, while ensuring the fight against terrorism continues and probably dialogue with the tuareg rebels ..
If he continues military rule without a clear plan for a political system, instability will continue

Big time LIE!!!!!! Who is Buhari? Mtcheeewww!!!! Abeg sing another song.

The one and only person that can achieve that feat is Obasanjo.
I agree with the assertion, buhari had this aura of a strongman about him, just that he failed woefully, if he had fulfilled the change promise he campaign on, do u think the ahmed lawan senate would not amend the constitution to extend his stay if he asked for it? And mind you, he will also be popular because he transformed Nigeria

How?
Imagine this situation, an ambitious politician rises to aso rock, this person is efficient, charismatic and smart, this person reforms the economy, this person reforms the army and security architecture and eventually defeats insecurity and restore tranquility to the country, this person crackdown on corruption, many politicians found guilty are jailed...this person is very charismatic, outspoken, finds a way to the heart of the masses tru effective communication....
With the economic reforms paying off, inflation is down, there is record foreign investment, leading to jobs, Nigeria is rising as the economic powerhouse of Africa...
This ambitious politician who made these reforms is in full control of the armed forces after reforming it and purging it off corrupt elements...
The legislature is loyal to this man as his party controls the legislature, this man comes out to say ,he needs additional time to completely fix this country, he is very popular among the people, his party amends the constitution and he extends his stay in power...
Over time, he extends his power, gags the opposition, controls the media, and eventually Nigeria becomes an authoritarian or semi authoritarian democracy like Turkey, Russia, India , Egypt, Cameroon, Cambodia
Elections are still held, but there is less press freedom, the opposition and civil society are under watch, freedom of speech is fragile....

Nigeria is naturally built a DEMOCRATIC ASSOCIATION.
Nigeria can't cope with the life of RUSSIA AND CHINA.
WON'T WERK.
Lol, what happened during military regime? If there's a military coup today, and the army is backed and equiped by foreign powers, do u not think that it will suppress any armed opposition to its rule? My point is that Nigeria is ripe for an autocrat, if an ambitious politician can fix this country, same person can find a way to amend the constitution and stay in power for longer
