Another ignoramus! You people are too many, dang!

What rising population? And who told you there aren't enough arable land to feed the entire global population. People like irks me. The so educated, but easily fo oled.

Who told you China modified the genetics of their crops? You don't understand what you are saying. In all your rambles, you should have at least mentioned Japan and tell us how they are faring with their shrinking and ageing population. I know you won't because it doesn't suit your agenda.
See
There's a difference between GMO and Hybridization....
But still we must think out of the box, utilize technology to ensure food security

Hello.
So GMO is important because of diseases and unfavourable weather conditions to crops and plants?
Exactly, for different reasons as well, maybe to increase yield, to bring in new varieties e.t.c

Oga receive common sense, african population is projected to increase, and as u no go school, make i educate you, with rising population comes with an increase in urbanization, this will lead to use of arable land for other non-agricultural purposes...
When u combine rising population and climate change factors, it means we must think out of the box to ensure food security...
China modified rice to ensure higher yield, the scientist that made this breakthrough is a national hero, China is currently working with Madagascar on some rice varieties that can boost rice production in Madagascar...
What happened in Japan? Japan is an ageing society, as a society develops , more women get into workforce and cost of living increases, this can lead to a drop in birth rate, over time as birth rate slows, the society ages ..
So what rubbish are u talking about?
We are seeing lower birth rates across Europe and parts of Asia, (China, Japan, South Korea)

I swear it’s beyond the Fulani now. many a times they are heavily armed under the disguise of unsuspecting cattle rearing. Who get them these weapons? The major casualties in Nigeria are usually those persistent farming tribes like the Tivs etc. There is an agenda somehow. They destroy these farmers thereby discouraging others to go into farming and then they the op to promote GMO food
Ur brain eeh, so the GMO food will be cultivated in the air abi? Will they not still need land for cultivation? Una dy think tru una nyash i swear....
Bandits and political elites are cashing out via kidnapping and illegal mining, u dy here dy talk nonsense

So you believe this rubbish, why attack on farmlands
The security issue is also multi-faceted, u attack farmlands to chase away the inhabitants, u attack farmlands for land grabbing, u attack farmlands to subjugate the farmers to ur rule and collect taxes from them...
The people who fund them have their own agenda, the bandits also have their own agenda...
Did u not see news of two bandit groups clashing because of gold mining sites...

Na you dey warm em ode. Misguided fellow, aside what NASA and WEF tell you, what else do you know?
Small mind, nasa is not the only authority on issues like this, europe has their agency, russia , india, China, UAE, they all have and everybody has come out to say that the global temperature is warming and will lead to erratic and unstable climatic conditions in the world, which we are already seeing....dem don finish u with propaganda that u cannot use ur brain...
WEF is not the only major economic forum, the Chinese have their Baoa economic forum, there are also other major economic forums for dialogue held in Asia, they all talk about climate change and they investments needed to ensure a sustainable transition....
Even the arabs that have oil have acknowledged climate change and are finding a way to be involved in the discussions for solutions...
But u with ur brainwashed brain from tiktok videos is disputing what every sane person in the world knows...

i'm assuming your knowledge of botanical science is very basic, so i'm not going head to head with you. smiley

as far as bread goes, the wheat used to make flour has been genetically modified to yield more grains.

chill first, you wan compare bread when jesus break with modern shoprite bread?? shocked
o wrong na.
No mind all these clowns, plants are always undergoing modifications to fight disease and withstand adverse weather conditions, increase yield and shelf life e.t.c
And important to note that countries have regulatory agencies who determine what is safe for consumption... science will keep helping to improve lives.

Well said. Preach it brother. Those that know the real African history not the one portrayed by western media know that libraries existed in Timbuktu, Mali before the French ever knew what libraries were.

The European have erased the history of native Americans and native Canadians that's why we here nothing about them or their history today. They tried to do the same in Africa and almost succeeded. Versions of history like Africans living in huts are nothing but western propaganda aimed at erasing the real African history and making Africans think less of themselves!
Oga shut up if u have nothing to say, u cannot erase history of a sophisticated civilization, the majority of indigenous people of the americas and africa did not have sophisticated civilizations as a continuum before the arrival of the europeans, stop filling urself with lies to satiate ur weak self esteem...
So the huts in ur village were brought by Europeans abi

Are u not ashamed to say this nonsense, the climate is warming, the signs are everywhere...the science is there, the effects are there... what else do u need? Is it only west that is pushing for climate action, are u not seeing the Chinese and asians take action to invest in green technologies and find solutions to reduce emissions?

Stop supporting rubbish, u can feed 200 million people today, but can u do so when the population spirals tomorrow? The climate is changing, population is rising. .we must think out of the box to ensure food security...
Look at what is happening to cocoa production in west Africa, pest ,disease and climate change is reducing yield, if we had the technology, would it not be wise to see how the cocoa seeds can be redesigned to withstand some problems?
Look at China today, they spent years and resources to modify rice, they finally succeeded and it helped them to grow rice at a massive scale

Zambia.

Life is peaceful, moderate and organised. Food is affordable but rent is expensive, though paid monthly. Nigerian food are not easy to come by so you will starve if you don't learn to make do. There is nothing like our beloved kpomo, as even goat meat is sold without the skin. From what I have seen, foreigners mostly do business. Finally, I have read alot about how unwelcoming some African countries are to Nigerians, if true, then Zambians are 'angels'.

I didn't say they should stand against Delta North, what I meant is that they're influence as a majority is of no value in Delta state, despite holding the power of governor for many years.

So what about observing a group of worshipers who have found answers to all these questions and are working round the clock to enlighten others? Matthew 28:18-28; Act 1:8

This group or organization have found the purpose of life and it has helped them to resolve their disparities peacefully among themselves, diverted their resources into the production of food and information materials, stop learning about wars and vowed never to raise weapons against their neighbours! Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3

Do you think we will still have issues or conflicts if everyone on this planet is a member of this group? Matthew 5:14-16 smiley

Trump in his reign did not initiate new war in his time but ordered several attacks against his presumed terrorist individuals or groups. For instance Trump On 3 January 2020, Qasem Soleimani, an Iranian major general, was killed by an American drone strike near Baghdad International Airport, Iraq, while travelling to meet Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi. This might not be a real war per say but was many conflicts during Trump reign
Killing an Iranian general, is that not confrontation? Did it not spark fears for a possible ww3 as people feared how iran might react, Iran coastguard and US forces were constantly having face-offs in the Persian Gulf....
For you trumpers bellowing the pacifist trump narrative, there is no logic to it at all....
Trump did not face the same Geo -political issues that biden has faced....
Trump was also confrontational and used US forces to strike enemy assets in the middle-east...Trump also supplied aid to Ukraine in their fight against Russian-backed separatist

Trump said worse things about the Muslim world. But what did he do?!! grin grin grin One of the first countries he traveled to when he became President was Saudi Arabia.
Did he not travel to Saudi Arabia for geo-political reasons? He had a good relationship with the Saudis, he prevented calls from Democrats and Europeans to sanction Saudi after kashoggi was killed....he sold arms to Saudi Arabia despite calls from Rights groups over war crimes committed by the Saudi airforce in the war against the houthis.
He had a good relationship with Saudi Arabia, how does that relate to Islam, people are talking about business worth billions of dollars and u dy bring religion inside cheesy grin grin
