Ms_Steph: I was in church and noticed that a lot of people where not paying attention and I noticed some odd things
1) Some pinging
2)Indecent dressing among ladies: I really thing ushers should do something about dis cause I saw a lot of cleavages dat wasn't meant for the church
3) Make up: the way some ladies make up and come to church as if its a beauty pageant even in pageants am sure gals don't dress like that
4) Gossiping: a lot of people use this precious time not to worship God but talk about other people in church mostly back benchers do this
5) Sagging: this is for the guys for real tho can't you just kip your trouser up just for an hour or two for God?
6) Love connection: during service you will see guys/ladies looking at demselves in a seductive way
7) Receiving of calls when the service is going on

what you mentioned above are some of the things that will make some people miss heaven while some will miss their blessings and some their reward in heaven!

I believe it is those that take part actively in evangelism,missions work,rural evangelism are the ones that can provide the BEST answer to this question!
Most of us christains don't want to suffer anything,we don't want to go through any TRIALS,TRIBULATIONs,SUFFERING etc... No wonder we go to churches where the pastor will tell us what we want to hear!
Temptation is not suffering for Christ,going to church is not suffering for Christ,fasting and prayers is not suffering for Christ,afterall you fast and pray for yourself not for God.

well if i get you right,it depends on the individual,if she/he wants the purpose to be actualized.
Once the believer knows it, it will be a failure,or defeat in the part of such person if he/she does not fulfil it before dying.
Afterall,the main reasn why death kills people prematurely is for them not to carry out God's plan for their lives.

the difference is that Jesus said it and it happened as He said it,even those that killed Him,the pharisee knew He will rise again,hence they had to lie to pilate for Him to give them soldiers to guard His tomb and also told lies after His resurrection.

Apart from the fact that He said it,His disciples were witnesses,they confirmed it too,they saw Him when He resurected,He appeared to them.
Out of the mouth of two or three witnesses,the truth is established!

People worship all these things,they adore them more than their creator,they are tools used by the devil,unclothedness in the name of fashion,music etc.
It is good to look good,but excesses is not good.

Please when people tell you that they want to give their lives to Jesus,pls and pls,don't tell them about any church pls.
Introduce Jesus to them first,let them encounter Jesus themselves,let them know Him first before you start telling them to come to your 'church'.
The Lord's Chosen church will not take anybody to heaven,it is only Jesus that can qurantee us heaven,not even your pastor!

You will be afraid of death when you don't know when you are going when you die,I am not afraid of death.
I will die when I am ready to die,I am not ready to die now,I CAN'T die now...death has no power over me.

There is a level you will be with God,when the Holy Spirit begin His work with you,when the Spirit of truth begins to show you the mind of God,then all this desires to please the flesh will go and vanish.
We all need to submit ourselves to the Spirit of God so that He will lead us in the way to go.
God's standard stand sure,He will not lower His standard for anybody.
Fashion,entertainment,music are the tools the devil use today to trap people and turn their heart away from God.

If he were truly alive, he would have told catholics like Italo that he is and was never a white Italian man.

He would have also told protestants and pentecostals that speaking in tongues is not the way to heaven or necessary as it was a specific gift for a specific time

He would have also told MFM and Deeper Life ministries that christianity is not supposed to be extreme and that holy ghost fire wont burn their enemies, no matter how hard they pray- venegeance is for the lord at his own time.

He would have told Oyedepo and co that private jets are a waste of money. He would tell them that true christianity is humility and helping others. A private jet helps no one. It sits there gathering maintenance costs as only diplomats could travel so much to make it a necessity.

He is the ressurection and the life,how can someone who raised the dead not have the power over death,He raised the dead because He has power over death,He is Alive.

I believe He is planning something big for you,i mean very big,i will say it again,something big; you just need PATIENCE.
