Even the same registrar confirm that the certificate Tinubu submitted to INEC is not their own.

Chicago state university has not only authenticated Tinubu as their alumni but also authenticated his certificate through 3rd party replacement after they said replacement certificate is a general practice in USA.

If anyone will indict Tinubu of forgery, it should be the school he attended. But the school has all but authenticated his certificate.

This is different from Mmesoma that Jamb denied knowledge of her result because they are the people to authenticate it.

It is also different from Enugu state gov Mba whom NYSC denied his certificate because they are the ones to also authenticate it.

The fact that CSU has giving Tinubu a clean bill of health on his certificate and not pressing any charge on him all but mean that his certificate is genuine.

Having a third party vendor doesn't mean that your date of birth must change, the school logo will not change, signature will not change.
