he forge because of his date of birth. The date of birth in the certificate does not match with the date of birth he has been parading, therefore he needs to forge the date of birth. He solemnly sworn that the information he gives to INEC is authentic now we confirmed that the information is not authentic. That means he committed Perjury ( lie under oath)

a third party vendor can issue certificate but the results must be same as that of the school. There can never be different date of birth and different signature from the original cert.

the issue is to compare the certificate given to INEC with the one the school issued. Any results contrary to the one tinubu tender to INEC will be considered a forged results.

They were issued at different times. The 1979 copies were Diplomas issued by the school. The one submitted was a 1997 replacement copy produced by a vendor on behalf of the school and issued to Tinubu in 1997.

Can you go to to a vendor and get your certificate and even if you get it will it be different from your original certificate.

the school vehemently stated that any discrepancies in any of the document is as a result of human error. Nowhere in the documents from Chicago State University was he ever presented as female. The only thing people are posting with the "F" gender is from Southwest College. He didn't submit anything from Southwest College to INEC so the error there is completely irrelevant to the case at hand. Show me anywhere he's described as female in any document from CSU

discrepancies in date of birth has never and can never be perjury. If you went to school you would've noticed that majority of final year students have discrepancies in the date of birth on their WAEC and jamb certificates. These are as a result of human error from those girls working at cyber cafés or clerks in offices. All you need to rectify it is to swear Affidavit of Age Declaration

there is a part of the law that allows admissions of new evidence. The lawyers are not fools they present instances where new evidence was admitted.
There are many instances where some innocent people got jailed but when new evidence surface they were released.

The school didn't make any mistake. The release the authentic results and there is no where the school said they make any mistake.
The school made mistake in gender, make mistake in date of birth, make mistake in signature.
