you are an illiterate I swear. This is the first time that we are getting a candidate that have degree but he didn't finish secondary school. You are qualified to run for president with your secondary school certificate but if you don't have the secondary certificate you have to provide degree which shows that you are a graduate,consequently the law said that if you are a graduate you must go to compulsory one year of national service.

On the other hand tinubu don't have secondary school certificate,therefore he must use his Chicago degree and in using the degree you must provide your nysc certificate or exemption letter.

Buhari on the other hand have a sworn affidavit that he had a secondary school certificate but it got lost. The secondary school certificate is enough to qualify buhari to run for president.
Tinubu don't have primary or secondary school certificate. The only certificate he have is that Chicago bsc and the law says that if have a degree you must have nysc certificate or exemption letter.

Tinubu would have scaled through if he had at least secondary school certificate or equivalent. Tinubu don't have primary school certificate nor secondary school certificate. The only thing he presented was an uncompleted bsc certificate. Mind you, the law has already said that every degree is useless without nysc or exemption letter. Therefore if tinubu don't have nysc certificate nor exemption letter,his bsc is useless. If he had a secondary school certificate,it would been enough for him to run for president. Unfortunately tinubu was not educated up to secondary school certificate.
According to the constitution of federal republic of Nigeria,every degree will not be recognized as a degree until the person have nysc certificate or exemption letter, so since tinubu don't have nysc certificate nor exemption letter his so called bsc is useless.
If tinubu present a useless bsc as stated by the constitution,that shows that he presented nothing, therefore tinubu will be disqualified for not presenting any certificate.

Atiku and Peter Obi cases are different. Atiku and Peter Obi have secondary school certificate which can be used as a qualifications. But for tinubu, he neither have primary school certificate nor secondary school certificate. Therefore,the only certificate is a degree and a degree cannot be complete without nysc certificate or exemption letter.

don't also forget the section that makes nysc compulsory for every graduate. You can only be exempted because of ill health or over age. Therefore you should know know that your degree qualifications is useless without nysc or exemption letter. The issue of nysc would have been ignored if he has other qualifications like secondary school certificate or primary school certificate.
Bsc without nysc or exemption letter is not a Bsc.

The Abiodun judgement

Justice M A Mohammed, in his judgment, dismissed Mr Abiiodun’s notice of preliminary objection and proceeded to deliver judgment on the substantive suit.

The judge also noted that the plaintiff failed to establish that Mr Abiodun presented false academic claims to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

He held that the NYSC Act does not stipulate that a candidate who failed to participate in the NYSC scheme be disqualified from elections.

The judge pointed out that a candidate can only be disqualified based on Section 177 of the Constitution, and subsequently dismissed the suit.

The section states: “A person shall be qualified for election to the office of Governor of a State if: (a) he is a citizen of Nigeria by birth; (b) he has attained the age of thirty-five years; (c) he is a member of a political party and is sponsored by that political party, and (d) he has been educated up to at least School Certificate level or its equivalent.”

The court said since Mr Abiodun has not breached any of these provisions, the suit lacked merit.

The implication of the judgment is that candidates seeking election to contest governorship elections in Nigeria no longer need to present NYSC certificates.

The case is the last of a series of pre-election matters filed in court against the Ogun governor. The other cases had been similarly dismissed.

Only on Monday, the Supreme Court dismissed a similar case brought by Abdulrafiu Baruwa challenging the qualification of Mr Abiodun on the ground of failure to disclose all his academic qualifications.

Mind you, Abiodun provided other academic qualifications,but in Tinubu case he don't have any other qualification except a degree and in Nigeria it is compulsory for a degree holder to have nysc certificate or exemption letter. Secondary schools certificate would have been enough to qualify Tinubu but since he don't have that then he must present his nysc certificate or exemption letter.
We will follow this case up to the supreme court.
