If the woman told you something like that, then I suppose her intentions are strong and she can easily destroy your family. If you love your wife and you are happy living with your wife,then the only option for you in this case is to restrict all the connections with this woman. You will need:
450 ml milk
50 ml fresh beet juice/50 ml spinach juice/50 ml carrot juice
250g flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
1) In a large bowl beat the eggs, sugar and juice (beet/vegetable/spinach juice).
2) Part of the milk is heated, salted and thoroughly mixed with the beaten eggs and sugar.
3) Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps.
4) Add vegetable oil. Stir to mix.
5) The dough should be moderately liquid.
6) Heat a frying pan.
7) Fry the pancake on both sides.
Banana filling.
Beat softened butter with sugar with a mixer. Crush the bananas with a fork and sprinkle the resulting puree with the juice of one lemon. Stir to mix. Add the puree to the butter and sugar and whisk again. Stuff thin sweet pancakes with banana mixture.
