Clomid doesn't go down with everyone. I took clomid in my Dec cycle and it changed my system. Since then I desisted from taking it though, alot of people have positive experiences and results with clomid.

From my experience, it has no business with your ovulation. You will ovulate. To clear your doubt, after your period during the days you think is your fertile days do a transvaginal scan, you will be shown the follicle and the ovary that will release an egg for the month.

Please don't be worried, women have a complex body, if you check you must always see a concern problem. You are fine trust me

Most ovarian cysts will likely go out on their own however, my concern is in the size of your cyst spanning more than 62mm which is quite sizable. I had cyst that was there for more than 1 year and the size was always between 32 and 35mm which doctors said it was small and won't cause a harm because there are severe cases where cyst ruptures. Mine gave me troubles and worries following severe dysmenorrhea and fever when menstruating. The good news is that I didnt know when it disappeared. May I suggest that you check every month to make sure that it's not growing everyday or it remains at that size. Overall, it's nothing to worry about but its good you are also aware that it can cause harm if it keeps growing in size.

I was in your shoes 2 weeks ago. The 2ww felt like two month. I was already taking folic acid and I added vitamin B6 to it after my ovulation.
Try and take your mind off it and have faith that it will happen.

Hi Dear,Folic Acid n Vit E is best absorbed with food.I took mine(Folic n Vit E) at night immediately after food reason because I was on another supplement(pregnacare conception) which I used in the mornings so either ways it doesn't matter.Breakfast is an important meal n staying hydrated always is beneficial too.My husby was also on Vit E, C n Folic acid.
Vit E is vital in woman's fertility as it helps create a conducive environment(cervical muscus) where the sperm can easily swim from the virginal to the uterus where the egg is.Naturally,Fertile cervical mucus will actually help sperm move towards the egg,however if ur cervical mucus isn't fertile enough, sperm can't survive for days.

It is not advisable to take throughout the cycle if u r GTC.There has been some concern that taking vitamin E supplements might be harmful to the fetus when taken in early pregnancy.However,Its best taken the day after your period stops to the day before your ovulation.

I think you're stressing so much about baby making and that might be your only delay.
From what you wrote, I'll advise you both test for infection, and treat together if any. Infection is not something one has to take likely or suspect and treat without testing to know the best antibiotics. This can only make it worse. So pls get tested for infection and also let your dh run seminal fluid analysis at same time.
Also note that repeating intercourse twice a day does not encourage conception and might even delay since there might not be enough matured spermatozoa in the fluid. It is recommended to bd every other day or at least 3 times a week. This will give room for relaxation and more matured sperm to be readily available.
I know it's not easy to say relax, but then it's actually necessary to relax. You may find something that can distract you often. Charting your cycle is already a good thing but don't limit your sexual life to ovulation period. It should just serve as a reminder to you. You may find it may affect your dh emotionally sometimes and the little man will not perform. I've been there, that I even have to start hiding my fertile days from dh. He'll only get to know when it's past and asked if we did the do, and I'll say yes.
There's no hard and fast rule, but don't get yourself worked up and don't play with fertility drugs that your body doesn't need. Always work with a specialist of you feel there's sth wrong and be sure tests are carried out. Fertility blessings as we await your testimony soon.

Good day mamas. It's my first time here, I'm a TTC. Please pardon my long post and read till the end. I'm here because my mind is playing tricks on me. So I got married last year. I and hubby decided to wait to put things in place before making babies (our mistake, if only I knew I will be eager to be pregnant now). Hubby was using withdrawal method to avoid pregnancy (he's an expert) and it worked. I remember vividly some months last year 2019, I could feel my ovulation discharge so well but my naive self needed to stabilize in my job before bringing babies. Fast forward November 2019 we got ready to conceive till now we have been hitting on my fertile days and nothing has happened o. I'm so scared because I'm being both anxious on my most fertile days. I have the flo app and another app that helps me keep track of my fertile days. Infact hubby downloaded the flo app first and he's keeping track too. I have a regular period and feel ovulation pain.

My health history
At some point in 2016 I had ovarian cyst that lasted for one year before it disappeared. It caused me so much pain during menstrual periods that I vomitted and had high fever all through the 5 days of period. I took felvin all the time to ease the pain. I just got to know that felvin causes anovulation.

Again, Since this January I started having severe menstrual cramps that stops my daily activities. It hurts so bad that I end up in the hospital to get some pain relieve injections (Pentazocine). This is actually where my fear grew. I never experienced such pain.

I took clomid in December but ignorantly waited for ovulation day in January to copulate with hubby and we missed it.
February I treated PID with hubby because doctor suspects it might be the cause of my severe menstrual cramps. Out of anxiety I frequent hospitals for scans (abdomino-pelvic) 3 times a month cause I had movements in my stomach and every thing came out fine. In March I track my ovulation through Transvaginal scan and saw the follicle that would release egg. We tried and my period still came out I felt sad.
Has anyone been in my shoes? I read people say remove your mind and have sex but honestly having sex now feels like chores because we are focused on something. Worst still, hubby's sperm doesn't come out all the time we make love. If we make love twice a day he will only come once and will have to force himself to come the next round which will still not happen(maybe psychological). Can anyone offer me advice or encouragement. I really don't want to get to a point where I will feel depressed. I'm currently in my 2 weeks wait. Fertile period ended today. Please wish me luck. Thanks for reading and also for your patience.

We've had someone on this thread who was asked by CIC why occupation she claimed work experience in and that stated on her marriage certificate is different. Look through the thread for her story, I do not remember her moniker.

Please ensure you do not make any changes on your marriage certificate as it will get invalidated.
Rather submit your application with your marriage certificate and hope for the best. In reality, most people in the same boat did not have any issues with VO as they tend to overlook this; however, might this kind of case come up with your application just explain that you were an "Administrative Analyst"

Hmmm... it’s not even about the people asking the questions but those not directing them to Page 1. Read page 1 first and ask questions after.

Answers to all the questions been asked repeatedly are on Page 1 and PPR stories shared here. But if they have refused to read page 1, is it now PPR stories they would read?

Use the CRS calculator to check your points and stop asking people to help calculate your score.

Search for samples of reference letters on page 1 and stop begging people to send it again or better still send a private message to ask for it. And you can only send a PM to people that can help if you have read through the pages to know those to reach out to.

I need a contact person for so and so school, go through the thread or search for people on the thread that have responded to such question in the past.

Please can one get reference letter from previous employee pre-ITA?

Please do NOT be tempted to alter anything on your marriage certificate, else you will invalidate it and cannot be issued with an original replacement (although you can get a certified true copy which will still bear the same old info, so why put yourself through that stress).

My wife's designation on our marriage certificate was "corps member" and we claimed work experience as "teacher", yet no questions were asked.

WOW, I really tap into your testimony. Please I have an issue that has been giving me sleepless nights, I'll appreciate if I could be guided by these awesome members. The profession on my marriage certificate is different from my profession, I had used "Analyst" because i thought that Admin was too casual of a job in Nigeria and wanted to upgrade into being a business analyst, now I regret my action. Where I worked, anybody can be titled an Analyst even corp members that came to do their PPA with us so I titled that to myself too since we were all doing the job. They would even meet me for directions even though I'm handling the administrative part 100%. Now, I want to use Admin officer as my NOC but I'm scared because at some point I will have to submit my Marriage Certificate Post-ITA and they will see a different profession. NB: My reference letter will bear Admin officer because where I currently work my position is Admin and my former employee will also give me admin reference. Thanks for your advice in advance.

Created our profile on the 11th of August immediately I picked up my wife’s IELTS Test Report Form. We got ITA the following day (12th August 2019)

MEDICALS: Was a seamless process at Qlife family clinic, Lagos on 3rd September, 2019.
I was initially quite worried because my son had a birth injury (Erb’s palsy) which makes him have some difficulty raising his left arm high above his head (he is otherwise a healthy and active boy) and I wasn’t sure of the grounds for medical inadmissibility.
I asked several questions back then on this forum, and @Topsmamen and @Ladymarshall were very helpful to us.
The Panel Physician assured us that we were fine, and then I could relax a bit.

PCC: Inspector Moshood sorted out our PCCs at 3.5k each on 2nd September 2019 (I got his contacts from this thread).

ECA:
I started out the process as the PA so I had gotten my ECA report from MCC since August 2018.
I, however, was too busy at work to give IELTS preparation any time. After the drop in ITA score to 438 in January 2019, I was gingered and immediately registered for IELTS.
After realizing that we had no hope with a CRS score of 444 we had to change strategy – Wifee had to be the PA (age advantage).
I evaluated my wife’s credentials with WES (Canadian Equivalence = Master’s degree). Slight delays from University of Port Harcourt’s end, but thank God it all ended in praise. The report was obtained on January 14th, 2019.

POF:
100% Gift Deed from my dad (PA’s father In-Law). Gift deed was notarized.
I also transferred 1.5m to wifee's account to buffer just in case of currency fluctuations.
We purchased treasury bills with the gifted sum, and left the 1.5million in her account.
We submitted: Treasury Bills certificate, My wife's 6months Bank account statement, Letter of reference from Bank (very generic letter from Access Bank with only the date the account was opened and that the customer is recommended for business relationship), a letter of non-indebtedness, notarized gift deed, transfer receipts from my dad’s account, my bank statement showing the transfers to my wife’s account, a letter of support from me stating I transferred funds to my wife’s account, and an image of OANDA converter exchange rate on the date of submission. I even went overboard to add my dad’s international passport and pictures of my parents with us on our wedding day (so no VO will say they aren’t sure of something – maybe this was too much sha).

REFERENCE LETTERS:
We claimed work experience from 2 different schools my wife worked for.
My wife worked for 2 years in the first school. She then took out time to go for her Master's degree full time).
Thereafter, she worked for 9 months in a second school, after which she resigned to go work as a customer care agent for over 9 months. Little did we know this would not count as it was under NOC C. When we realized (by further research) in May 2019, she immediately resigned and went back to the second school to continue teaching. As God will have it, when she was finally ready to write IELTS again in July 2019, she had gotten the extra 3months of work experience so we could claim 3years.
So, we added 2years (School 1) + 9months (School 2 – April to January 2018) + 4months (School 2 – May to Sept 2019).
N/B: The current principal in her PPA refused to give us a reference letter for her NYSC period. He said he could not find any records in the school of happenings before 2016 when he became principal, so he could not issue any letter. Thank God for making a way for us without needing that.
My wife was paid in cash in school 1, so we submitted a salary certificate in addition to the reference letter which stated mode of payment, employment letter, and resignation letter.
For her first period in school 2 she was paid via cash cheques. We submitted the reference letter which stated mode of payment, payslips, employment letter, resignation letter, and the schools 2018 brochure showing her pictures.
For her second period in school 2, she was paid via her bank, so we submitted the reference letter, payslips, re-instatement letter and bank account statement showing salary deposits.

VISA REFUSALS: I declared my previous US and UK visa refusals, and attached the refusal letters. I did NOT fill a schedule A form and was never asked for one.

LOEs: There was an age discrepancy on our marriage certificate, for which we did an "affidavit for correction of age" and also explained in an LOE.
We also had LOEs for proof of funds and visa refusals.

PASSPORT: Scanned only stamped pages or pages containing visas (NOT ALL PAGES). I included my old passport also.

THE WAIT:
Honestly, I was already mentally preparing to start waiting. Our TBills are to be due in January and was planning to send an updated POF then.
We do not know our Visa office and did not raise any CSE.
Had no ADR.
I joined an Indian and a Nigerian whatsapp group, but realized that I wasn’t ready for the tension generated by people second guessing their applications, hence I left all whatsapp groups and made this thread may daily stopover for encouragement – looking out for PPR stories.

PPR:
I watched Daddy GO almost every night of the RCCG Congress 2019, and when he said on day 6 that we should ask God for something big, getting our PPR in January was one of the things I asked for.
I even googled a sample picture of a PR visa, printed it out in colour, wrote my name on it with the issue date as January 2020 and put it on my bedroom wall (vision board). This was on Sunday the 15th of December (after the night session of Day 6 on the 14th of December).
Lo and behold, my wife shouted this evening, screaming that I should come downstairs with my laptop. I was initially wondering why, as she knew I was working on a project using my laptop. The first thought on my mind was that the golden mail had landed, but it was too good to be true so I pushed the thought aside and ran downstairs to go see to my damsel in distress…
The look on her face and her radiant smile said all I needed to know, and we started screaming…
The golden mail in her mailbox was dated 16th December 2019 even though she noticed it just this evening.
Our kids kept on asking us, “Daddy what is wrong?” Mummy, what is the problem?”
All we could say was: “There is no problem my love. With time you will know okay.”
Glad they are very understanding.

Thank God it has ended in praise for us.
It is still so unreal to me, but I will be ungrateful if I do not testify to God’s goodness unto us. I was expecting this in March when our 6months would have expired, not knowing my prayer of faith will be answered so speedily. Processing time of just over 3months. It can only be God! I pray this encourages someone also praying for the same.

Now I can focus and prepare for my final exams to become a Consultant Surgeon in a few months’ time (my back up plan if I ever have to return to Naija).

Hoping to travel in June 2020 God willing.
