One word aptly and accurately describes this movie - Chaos....

This movie takes you on a train ride, an exhilarating one because it never lets up till the very end...

An assassin who's trying to be more pacifist and as I'm sure you've guessed if you haven't seen it, it doesn't work.. This in itself establishes a cool enough premise to work around or work with but Bullet Train wouldn't be this satisfying if it had only that..
It incorporates years in the making revenge schemes fuelled by betrayal and abandoment...
Throw in a couple of assassins aboard a train who don't know they are pawns on a board spun from a treacherous heart encumbered with heartbreak and voila, you get Bullet Train...

The problem with these kind of movies is that sometimes, the endings feel underwhelming...This doesn't suffer from that weakness, it doesn't let up and keeps on delivering right up till the moment the credits roll...

A definite recommend.

This movie reminded me of Uncut Gems, different and similar at the same time...
