Please is it better to renew passport or make a new one. How much does one need for either renewal or getting a new one and is there anyone that can help me with it?

From what i read you should start with 20mg daily if nothing (i hope & pray testimony will show) then up d dose to 40mg. 20mg morning and 20mg evening

Tamoxifene is cheaper and easier to get
I saw tamoxifene for 6h almost every pharmacy that didn't have letrozol had tamoxifene

You can go two cups per day mrning and evening from Cd1 till your expected ovulation period then you stop depending on how many days your cycle run, I wld recommend cd1-10 for a 28day cycle or generally sef cuz d juice might mature the eggs quicker than you expect thereby having to ovulate earlier. Wld you be monitored ma?

Good afternoon fruitful mamas, my AF showed up today after 2 days late and I am spotting instead of the normal flow, at least the firsdt day usually flows well for me then followed by scanty, shoukd I start the bitterleaf therapy or should I go for PT test, just confused.thanks all.

Period came today after two days delay,hmmmm, its not easy oo, and hubby will soon travel, anyway has to start the bitteleaf therapy and letrozole. Pls God help me cos I don't have the strength for this oo.
