Hello mamas, started spotting this morning but it comes off and on then I went to the hospital and they send me for scan, did not see anything with ultrasound, redo PT and it’s still positive, did TVS yet they did not see anything in the womb or Fallopian tube but they are suspecting something in the ovaries but not too sure, I am waiting for their report but the bleeding has stopped juts brownish discharge.
Pls put me in prayer.

I had to bring out time to write this birth story since Mamas are already complaining of July Mamas starving them.
I weaned my second son last year September when he clocked 1. I normally don't get my period until I'm done breastfeeding.
I saw my period once after that and didn't get it the next month. I was relaxed thinking it's just my body playing tricks on me.
Meanwhile, I did a pregnancy test and it was negative so I looked forward to seeing it the next month.
The next month, it came out for just a day and stopped, that was when I got worried, I ran a P.T and it said negative. I picked up my phone Nd entered Google(normally, I'm a Google freak) . Any small issue ,I don enter Google .
Google said alot of things like PID, hormonal imbalance. I saw something about guava leaves and it's benefits. I went In search of guava leaves to boil and drink.
Few months later, an old woman made a remark about me looking pregnant, the next day I ran a P.T and it

This your BS just gave me hope, I missed my period last two weeks and still tested negative with PT strip, even 6 days after I still tested negative and I stopped testing, tomorrow will be 14 days since I missed my period. Maybe I will go for scan at 7 week.

Sabi mamas, I am so scared right now, my period is 4 days late, my boobs are heavy and I have whitish discharge though not heavy yet I test negative to home pt test, I don’t want to go for blood test cos I’m so scared, I don’t want to hear bad news.
Pls has anybody experienced this? Could i be having these heavy boobs and discharge out of anxiety.

Good morning sabi mamas, I am on these supplements; vit.e, fish oil, ubiquinol, vit.d3, folic acid and fertile support. I am also taking Chinese tea and serrapeptase for blocked tube.
Please which should I drop during ovulation? And should I start taking b6 and baby aspirin during ovulation if yes what brand of baby aspirin should I take.

If your prolactin is high then work on it. You may think you are ovulating and not. Secondly, how's hubby sperm? If not good enough work on it.

From your HSG report you can know if you have adhesions on your cervix. Also by checking physically. Speak with your fertilty doctor/Gynae.

If you have done a D and C before then get wobenzym, serrapeptase and yi mu cao and xixian cao. Get a Castrol oil, hot water bottle and do
self fertilty and Castrol oil pack. Do 4 days on and 3 days off before ovulation when actively TTC. You can do through out your circle until about 5 days before your period and during your period when not TTCing actively. Continue self fertilty massage and Castrol oil pack until you see results or do for 3 to 6 months.

Move people...TTC mamas move around. It's very important. Try stay healthy. Lose some weight if you are over weight. (Quite easy with intermittent fasting-google it, portion control and staying active)

Most importantly pray..keep praying until you see results.

Note:
If you can't afford dostinex( for high prolactin quite expensive)
You can try this for three months straight.
Take ewedu from beginning of your circle to ovulation. Take vitamin B6 after ovulation to when your period starts. Note, not before your period starts but till when your period starts. Vitamin B6 can help boost progesterone and you don't want it dropping before period incase you are pregnant. If you become pregnant speak with your doctor immediately so that he/she can give you progesterone. You need to continue with your progesterone suppliments until 16weeks.

Good evening ma’am, my HSG result states that I have right hydosalpinx but the left tube is patent, please how do I get all these that you mentioned for fertility massage.

Your AMH level is okay. You don't need DHEA. You can take other egg quality suppliments.

DHEA has its down sides..Don't take if your levels are high. It's majorly for people with low AmH.

You can, but don't take that high amount of vitamin E after ovulation.

You can discontinue DHEA until you do AmH. Taking DHEA when your level is already high is trouble. Do an AMH test to determine your level. Normal range is anything btw 1.5 to 4. Take DHEA if your AMH is anything around 1 to 1.2 and below. Ofcos with vitamin D3 and ubiqunol (and omega 3)

Work with a fertility doctor if you can afford it (because of your age)

Check other area of fertility and make sure you are good to go in those. Areas like your uterus/womb, tubes and dh/oga's sperm. Other areas needs to be okay too for conception to happen.

I have been following up this page for a very long time.

TTC is not what anyone should wish anyone at all.
In my own case, period isn't even coming.
There was a time period didn't show up for good ten years.
Now, I am married and wouldn't want tod say I am confuse. First, it was Hormone imbalance, secondly, it's hypoplastic uterus, now Doctors are saying Ovarian Failure, some say I get PCOS.
Only one Human being...LOL (I am Laughing, but it's N0T funny.
I have done more than several scans, test, from Pelvic scan to Hormones profile, to Transvaginal scan to HSG. Which test have I not done?
It is not just easy at all. Consultations upon consultations, treatment s upon treatments.
I have gone for several treatments, Teaching Hospital, Private Fertility Clinic, Maternity Clinics, Orthodox treatments, different Concoctions, Injections, Drugs, abeg eeee.
I am not typing this to get sympathy, I am just typing this for you to know that there are people in this ttc journey that their cases are worse...

The person that recommended 600mg in the IVF thread is right. Not all pharmacist will know a thing or two about fertility medication or suppliments.

Take 100mg 0r 200mg daily if what you want to take is ubiqunol. Take 600mg or 800mg daily if what you want to take is coq10.

Ubiqunol is the readily available form of coq10. So our body needs to convert coq10 to ubiqunol before use. Just as methylfolate is readily available form of folic acid. If your body is unable to convert folic acid to methylfolate then that person will be losing out greaot, because some people can not convert folic acid to folate.

It's better to take ubiqunol (if you can afford it, (but if not then take up to 600mg of coq10 daily)

Some people are unable to convert coq10 to ubiqunol properly as they age.

Since you already have coq10plusd3
You can take 3 tabs twice daily

Thanks to everyone taking out time to answer my unending questions, please ma’am, the coq10 I bought is 100mg vitamin d3 1000iu, but google states that for fertility I need 600 mg of coq10, can I take 6 tablets of coq10 or take the 100 mg like that because the pharmacist that I got the drug said that the 100mg is ok but in the IVF thread someone still recommended 600mg of coq10.
