The IPOB declared that Biafra is not for Igbo-speaking people as there are other people who do not speak Igbo but are part of the Biafran Republic.
In a statement signed by the spokespersons of IPOB, Emma Nmezu and Dr. Clifford Chukwuemeka Iroanya, the group pointed out that in the present-day Nigeria, Biafra cover: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo , and Rivers states as well as Igbanke in Edo State, Igala in Kogi State, and Idoma in Benue State.
The group noted that from the list of states, it is obvious that Biafra is not only made up of Igbo-speaking people but is rich with variety and diverse cultures.

“Biafra is a nation where different languages are spoken but irrespective of the varying languages, the people have a common value system, four market days, and a unique traditional clothing (two-piece wrapper) for every Biafran woman.
“It is instructive to note that Igbo is just one of the languages in Biafraland. Even the Igbo language has different dialects as someone travels from one community to the other or from one state to another state.
“Biafra is not about the Igbo alone but Biafra is a blessed nation of people with common value system.
“The public must ignore and stay away from anyone or group that equates Biafra with Igbo.
“The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is not for only Igbo-speaking people and will never be for only Igbo-speaking people.”

1) that Imo and Anambra states are two states that have the most numbers of people in or from them, therefore,Imo and Anambra states should have been having greatest allocation from the federal govt.

2) that because enough allocations were not coming to the huge population of people in Imo and Anambra states, people from Imo and Anambra states tend to emigrate to other states with bigger allocations but lesser number of people. Compri?

What is this one saying. You're talking trash... Igbo lands are not developed because the Igbo leaders are not different from the other leaders. They are simply corrupt. No good leader should rely on allocation. Lagos is developed because (1) It was initially the capital of Nigeria. (2) The leaders are making attempts to improve the standard of living in that zone. I think, no I don't think, I feel, no not feel, I believe it's high time Christians started doing thorough research and reading their Bibles [on their own, especially in their spare time].
I remember back then, as a young Christian, whenever the service(s) for the day were over, we would always write down every scriptural passages from the preacher(s) and at home we would start studying them on our own to be sure whatever was preached tallies with what is in the scripture, especially as regards the context in which the preacher used them.
We were very serious and open minded to learning, improving, and discerning things for ourselves scripturally and spiritually back then.
I remember our pastor would personally advise us to go through everything again on our own as Christians and pray for the Holy Spirit to help us understand them better. I remember he would say God might even give us understanding in a different way from whatever the preacher said.
Oh my young Christian soul, how hast thou lost it? I'm sure most Christians were like that too but [we] have all suddenly lost it as a result of spiritual laziness and lukewarmness.

So my advice to every Christian out there would be, don't just take in everything the Apostle [and or any other preacher] said hook, line, and sinker. Go for personal research on your own, read more of your Bible, follow your God and Jesus and NOT your pastors; amen!
