Entrepreneurs always encourage starting small. If he makes a plan to build 10 modular refineries since 2015, 1 every year he would have start production since 5 years. He is try to lump it all at once. That's what is leading to delay.

I can't say sha but so far a lot public transporter in Benin use it and they have been using it since 2014. So, I think it should be good.

Yes. It's very common in Benin. If you are not in Benin then 4get it because nah only Benin get the filling stations. What happens is that ur car will be able to use fuel and CNG. U can choose which U want to use anytime.

The station is different. It's like where you fill cooking gas but this one is bigger. Then "CNG" will be written at the front of the entrance along with the company's logo.
