That's the most influential. Obi and Kwankoso are not exactly powerful, they are very influential.

Same with Buhari, influential.

Wike is powerful, meaning he uses his powers to force people against their will.

Tinubu is corrupt because he uses money to buy others to his side.

OBJ is powerful because he was one time head of state, but not influential because he couldn't influence the voters in his community.

Wike, Abacha are the same.

That Obj's time, we had politicians that wanted a better country, so U will likely see oppositions.
