There are 2025 dates for Lagos. When I click on it, it refuses to move. Please who else is experiencing this and what could be wrong?

Give it 4hrs then login again. It happens when your login is too frequent.

Your request will be granted without paying SEVIS fee, it isn't compulsory. I did it and it was approved, I only paid my SEVIS fee few days to the interview. Be patient, your emergency request will be approved.
There are no dates, you just need to be wait.

Please advise. I have applied for emergency appointment but yet to pay my SEVIS Fee. Is it advisable to proceed to pay now or should I wait till the application for expedited request is granted.

P.S. Is it usual that there is no indication of the application permanently reflected on the AVITS portal. Please note I got a notice of submission but that was all.

I don't know about Abuja but I believe it should be the same with Lagos. For Lagos there are lockers and it's 500 naira, only cash is accepted. All those shop owners will try to convince you to keep your property with them for a higher price, don't abeg. The embassy has lockers inside and you keep the key.

The OP mentioned something about leaking pipes. Whose job is it to fix in-wall leaking pipes? The tenant? Landlord go old. The building is the Landlord’s asset. If he has built nonsense, he should not expect the tenant to come rebuild for him. I’m currently suffering wall dampness in my rented accommodation and landlord doesn’t want to fix it. I dey laugh am. The wall will decay and rot, will pack out, and he will spend a huge sum to fix it. I’d rather buy a dehumidifier than fix a landlords wet wall

I submitted my DS-160 form in the month of May and got interview date in July, now someone is telling me that they don't submit DS-160 form not on till 2weeks to my interview that after 30days on their data base system if my interview has not been done, I will be asked to reschedule another interview date. Please how true is this?

Oh I thought it was a return ticket. It seems it is their pattern to cancel flights on the day of travel and it's true they don't ply the Benin - Warri route, they just want to collect money from people. They are terrible.

Don't cancel the flight you booked or else they will say you are the one that cancelled it yourself. Don't cancel your return ticket. Screenshot the flight cancellation email and send to them. They are indeed the worst airline in Nigeria, that God we were able to book aero contractors for the same day to Benin. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Send an email to arikrefunds@arikair.com with screenshot of the flight cancellation email sent to you, your PNR etc. They will send you a form to fill, you need to attach your bank statement showing when the money left your account.

My mum's flight to Benin was cancelled on the 22nd of last month, I did that and the money was refunded to my account on the 11th of June. I didn't even notice until I saw my account balance.

People have been paying with Nigerian cards so go ahead and try. Someone helped me pay with a USA card, I didn't use a naija card. People on this thread have done it, so try too.

Go ahead and pay your MRV fee and book a date. The dates scheduling section is still showing, everything is working normally.

So this bathing issue is a general thing!!! My grandmother takes her bath every morning and she is in her 90's but the one I'm with hates bathing. Plus they will say something now and then won't remember they were the same persons that said that same thing. That thing causes confusion and quarrels. It takes the grace of God to live with old people for a long time. No wonder the westerners have old people's homes.

Old age comes with a lot of problems and living with old people is really difficult. Dementia, Alzheimer disease, all kinds of sickness, slowness. That's why I wonder how all these Nigerians that are doing care giver work in UK cope? Living with an old person is like having a child. The difference is children grow up and become independent meanwhile, old people get older and become more dependent so you are never free. Old age plus sickness is the worst.

There is no restriction, you can check as many times as you want. That was how I was able to get a date without joining any date search group. I just opened it on my phone and was checking nearly every 30 minutes.
