Renewal of Vehicle particulars (Abuja) is @11,500,which includes Vehicle License, Road worthiness, Insurance and Computerized Vehicle Inspection Receipt.

Change of Ownership for Saloon car 17,500,Jeep 19,500 with particulars such as Vehicle license, Road worthiness, Insurance,CVI,Booklet, Proof of Ownership and Change of Ownership Receipt.

Initially I had contacted MissJoyJoy that I will secure my DSC on my own but she discouraged me that VIO has a new format of the certificate. I then decided to run the whole process through her alone as she promised to deliver within 26 working days.

Kindly note that on 31.08.2016 when I was at VIO office at Mabushi, I saw about 3 persons who were captured same day and they collected their temporary DL. I even congratulated one of them.

I have repeatedly apologized for the unforseen contingency. I called,texted and even called three days ago but you banged your phone on me. Mr ****, a client had just captured the previous week before I called you to come. I didn't know such hiccups existed until that very day. Recall how shock i sounded on phone told me it wasn't successful. I showed EMPATHY. I still do.

Mr **** sir, on the issue of 3 people that were captured that day, they came for RENEWAL,not FRESH.
The evidence of payment you uploaded, (though written not approved) serve as proof of payment. FRSC can not impound your car with the PAYARENA receipt. They are well acquainted with the situation on ground. I and Mr Richards reassured you that we'll call you soon. Sir, i guaranteed you nothing less than a GENUINE licence. I stand on my words.

FRSC is working tirelessly to address these hiccups. These things are TEMPORARY challenges. They happen. Its unfortunate. Patience is a virtue. Thanks

It is really annoying when one engages the services of a forum member who promises heaven and earth to deliver on a service but fails to.

I engaged the services of MissJoyJoy sometime in July this year. she claims to process fresh Driver's License within a period of 26 working days upon receipt of full payment.
