Use this link to find out the information that UKVI holds on you. Better to know if you were refused due to misrepresentation/deceit before applying to any school. Some schools will sponsor you as long as your refusal wasn't based on misrepresentation or deceit. https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/saru Thank you for your response, i tried it but at a point it was asking for a uk address and post code which I don’t have. Pls gurus in the house, I applied for a student visa sometimes in 2009 through an agent before the whole biometric thing started but my visa was denied. The agent returned only my passport without a rejection letter. I cannot even contact the agent cos he has been MIA for some years. My question now is 1. Should i apply to schools without declaring the refusal Or 2. I should declare and explain that i do not have the letter of refusal. Pls its urgent. |

please i have bin a very silent follower, but now i have a few questions. We are planning for hubby to be d PA, He's an accountant with 5yrs experience. We have not written d English test or evaluated our certificates. I just want to knw if we stand a chance. He's a graduate of crawford uni and i am a graduate of OAU You need to calculate your score using the Point Test Calculator https://www.anzscosearch.com/points-test/ and go with the person with the highest score. You should also state your spouse's university here to determine the educational points.[/quote] |

I have calculated our points we both have 70 points each under d 190 subclass and 75 points under the 189 subclass |

Hello house, please i am about statting the whole Australian PR process, we're finking hubby should be the PA, he has OND Accountancy and BSc Accounting also taking his proffesional exam CITN with over 8yrs experience as a tax accountant, I on the other hand has BSc Sociology and currently doing my MBA.
