@miss lade I can feel your pain, but what I can just say is for to wait looking @ the list release it was change of course and p.d placement. I will just advice you to cool down. I THINK eksu MAY still release another list. But where am faulting them is that they should have waited till school resume and throe open the change of course opportunity again since MAJORITY were unable to get the form due to the fight that ensured anyway that is Eksu for you they lack organization and good management but in all put your TRUST in GOD and exhibit a solid faith.

EKSU needs 2 explain their d.e admission process..if there will be no other d.e list,JAMB needs 2 query dem 4 admitting only 29pple who where all indigenes nd accepting applications 4rm thousands..v neva heard of ny school admitting only 29 d.e students,even d old generation schools..it wldnt ave cost dem nytin 2 write in d brochure dat "EKSU doesn't admit students thru direct entry",if dey knw dey didn't want students..@ least no1 wld be hurt nw..

Its like u dnt get,read my post again..no1 was giving admission thru d.e,mode of entry 4 all courses was ume all thru..even 4 edu n agric courses..r dey telling us its only 29pple out of hundreds dt passed way above merit,dt will be given admission thru d.e 4 d new academic session? Besides,my main question is what's ur source of info bout d last list ish nd v u gained admission?

Congrats 2 all dat got admitted.. If u can afford it,I'll advice 2 pay d school fees of yabatech..nd if ur name eventually comes out in d 2nd list,if u still wanna go 2 EKSU,u'll leave yabatech nd accept EKSU's admission.. I'm nt so sure if dis still works,bt a close frnd did sumtin lyk dis 2yrs ago,even after matriculating in d 1st school.

torres2: I have searched for this thread. @ eksu updated I can see Eksu resuming on Monday 19th or the follow week because the condition stipulated by the vc the '70% saga' has almost been met. My j.brother went to bank to pay for his acceptance and came back telling me those he met on the queue wanting to pay. Nobody wants to lose his admission and the deadline is 15 nov for the payment. We are keeping all fingers cross expecting Eksu senate to sit this week & decide.



for the list, pls guys still looking up to the list. I think by now the list should have been sent to abuja even though not updated on the school website. Just perform a simple logic by checking your admission status on jamb 2012(just guessing) because went to academic office last week they told me oga travelled to Abuja.

Nah..the incident happened thu sept 27th,d form was 2 close fri sept28.. I was trying 2 get d form 4 bout 3days here in lag..twaz wen v walked round all d banks nd cldnt d form on thu,dts wen I snt sum1 2 hlp me get it inside school on fri,nd den I was tld d school was shut down.. Many pple still cldnt get d form,so we r hoping dey extend d date..besides my decision 2 change my course was late(after hearing dey myt nt give compt sci 2 non indigenes in 2nd list).

Its been posted on their website 2day dat there's no fixed date 4 resumption yet,bt all students shld pay b4 15th of november if dey dnt wanna loose their studentship.

I'll advice u 2 wait till d school reopens 2 see if dey will extend d date. Cuz it has closed officially,and I dnt knw any oda bank dt sells apart 4rm d ones inside d campus.

Nas_Man: Ekiti state university has decided dat all student, both regular, part time & pre-decree must pay #10.500 for reparation & stllin chicken fee. The fee must be paid not later then friday 19th october, 2012. Student as bn adviced 2 pay from there area of residence, as no student is allowed inside d school premises. Other info on resumption wil b communicated soon! Better days ahead....

In other words,they aint resuming till lyk 22nd. In short,next month.. Issokay..no,lyk its really okay..☹ ☹ ☹

As for the second list, I don't know the combination maybe supplementary with normal but all I know is that don't expect professional course on such list that as far as know. MBBS student admits 45students per year in EKSU due to the facts that they are just starting. And also for Law because if you look critically at that list space as been given for course in th change of course to accomodate pple don't forget predegree student are not on that list and have also been admitted.
My prayer is that anyway its gonna be it will favour wach and every one of you oooo

It belongs to the political figures like The Gov, the univ dons like the VC,Provost, Deans and notable profs and Drs of a university.
it depends on whether the 2nd list and supp list will be 2geda or not.

Yeah,it is. Bt d list u r talking bout is request list. They mostly add it 2 2nd list/3rd list depending on d school,cuz dey cnt release a list under d name "request list". Supplementary is jst addition,tho its still survival of d fittest,bt majorly nt were dey put d vc,gov,dean,e.t.c list..

ajibolab1: Okay ppl, let's break it down.... I was once in every ones shoe. I live in ado, and aspirant of civil engine...eksu and got some aspirants and students of eksu as friends. Am starting wif 2nd list....its surly going to contain names of some considered student, change of course inclusive and it won't be out any sooner than 2nd week of reopening. Fee is definantly not up to 250K but depends on your own defination of "school fee", you will have to print what the school calls school fee just after getting the clearance for screening. The page I am right now which is the highest anyone would have reached as of now is to have paid acceptance, gotten e-tranzat, filled and printed the acceptance form, o level result plus jamb and any other doc. you think might be neccesary for screening ready....just to be on the safer side. Two passport inclusive. Am very sure no one has gotten the clearance right now. As for reopening, lotta ppl said monday not sure niether do I have an insight on what the inevitable damages due is going to be because no official link has realesed that to the pub so fingers crossed and lets hope school reopens by monday, that's being optimistic. It shld be 4 pple who changed,nd few additions 2 courses(4 pple dt didn't change). Wat I'm really sure of is,in all schools,after screening of new students,dey give sum few lucky students admission(mostly d spaces 4 pple who didn't accept d admission offer). Dts wat sum school call their supplementary list.. So even if there is no oda list after 2nd list,dere will be few additions afta reg/screening.
