Hi everybody...

Good afternoon. How's work/job hunt going? I have a proposition for us all (job seekers and interested working class).

While you are searching for a job, if you have time for a side hustle, would you be interested in joining a real estate company as an independent/freelance marketer? It pays you 6% commission (directly) on all sales you make, and it costs you nothing to join as a referral.

Don't get me wrong, I am not the company, I am not their staff, I'm currently in between jobs like most of you. This is just a side hustle for me so I'm sharing with you all. I have my regular account I use to contribute here, but I used this one for this purpose.

Remember, it costs you nothing to join, lands are very affordable for easy marketing and available in different states, and you don't have to go through the stress of the process. Just refer a buyer and when they pay, the company pays you directly (not through anyone).

If you are interested, send a mail to virtual_assistant@yahoo.com and i will give you details.
Goodluck to us all.

P.S: Please don't send a PM this account. It'll take me time to get to it.

Please, my inbox is full. I beg of you, stop sending me application ooo. I AM NOT A RECRUITER on this. If I start inviting you people for the training now in the name of interview, you will start advertising me here asking if I'm genuine.

Please, get your information right before you send out applications. Any more application from here, I'll start inviting people for training Interview like those gnld people.

Hi everyone...

Good afternoon. Please I am not offering jobs. I am not an employer. I only posted this here to share my side hustle with anyone interested. Please stop sending me your CVs. I don't need them. If you are interested in the opportunity and you know you can get or have people that can buy lands (so you can make at least 6% commission), then just contact me via the mail and I'll explain details. That's all.

Again, I posted it here for interested people who need side cash or want to keep their palms greased while they look for job. I am not an employer.

Thanks everyone and good luck to us.

Please, don't send me your cv. I'm not a recruiter. Read the post well please. It's not a marketing position. It's not even an employment opportunity, that's why I called it a side hustle.

Being a referral here doesn't make you a company staff o, you don't have targets, you don't have anyone pressuring you. You work at your pace and get paid when you sell. I'm just advising my fellow job seekers to use the opportunity since it costs nothing to join. Instead of staying idle and looking for who'll dash you money, make use of your internet to advertise, and leverage on your existing contacts to get buyers.

If you eventually decide to have it as your full time job, that's up to you. But I'm not offering employment please.

Thank you.

Have something to do but don’t have enough time or hands for it?
Need a part time/weekend freelance assistant?
need to get something done at a considerably low and negotiable cost?

I’m in Lagos mainland, available on part time basis and weekends and can deliver on some services ranging from:

Corporate/Events: Business Plan Writing, Data Entry and Processing, Document Writing and Typing, Research and Feasibility Checks, Training and Development, Education (tutoring), Travel and Vacation planning, Business Services etc. to

Errands/Household: Buy and Deliver, General Household assistance, Pickup and Delivery, Relocation and Moving arrangement, General assistance and so on.

If you'd like an external, alternative and/or unbiased candidate assessment at interviews, kindly call or mail as well. It's a one time contract and payment is very affordable and negotiable too.

Do keep the calls and mails coming and I promise you won't regret it.

Jobs/Vacancies / I Need Help Ooo... by missmoneypenny: 6:59pm On Jul 07, 2017
Good evening.

Please i need a part time/weekend job. I work and stay in Lagos, on the mainland, but career wise, my job hasn't taken me to the height i want but it has prospects. i need the part time job for two reasons:

1. my current job affords me ample free time. most times i work from home as its mainly research related. So i'm always bored and idle.
2. The pay isn't enough to meet the responsibilities i shoulder.

Before you ask, reasons that i cant mention here are preventing me from quitting for another job, though one of those reasons includes the prospects i mentioned above. If i had the capital, its a perfect opportunity to have my business running on the side.

So i need this job to: Make extra money, Stay busy and keep myself away from distractions and temptations (yes i'm single)

I'm a graduate o, but don't mind if the nature of the job is blue-collared, so long as its decent, legit and the timing is flexible enough for me to control.

Anyone nice enough to help??
