Why, I thought lagoon estate got flooded recently

I have been house hunting for 2months and i haven't been lucky with a decent apartment. The one i currently saw and love is in Ogudu Orioke, but i am really scared of taking it due to rumours of cultists activities in the area, In addition, the house is in Lagoon estate and i have heard about lagoon estate getting flooded before. First of all. When you have a skin condition, you see a dermatologist not a gynecologist. Well, I was a victim of this sometimes last year too. It became more pronounced early this year and led me to depression. I went to the hospital severally to see a dermatologist and I was eventually diagnosed of of lichen planus. My dear. It is called lichen planus... you can Google lichen planus or follow lichen planus pages on fb and instagram to see more people that have it. It is an auto immune disorder whereby youR immune system fights your skin. You just have to accept fate because there is no cure... if you are lucky, it will fade off by itself after a few years. Mine is only on my laps though but I have seen people have it all over there body
