1. Distance from family and friends. You hardly get a chance to travel even on public holidays and weekends, only during your leave. So it is better if your work location is close to your family and friends.
2. Economy of the area. You and the team you supervise are expected to make all NB brands available in all the outlets (beer parlours, provision stores, supermarkets etc) in your coverage area, so the better the economy of the place, the easier it is for you to achieve that. Sales on credit and debts will be less.

Generally if the economy of the area is good, it is easier for you to meet all your targets. Less pressue and headache for you.

I believe he's trying to say if you are posted in an area where people don't consume alcohol that much eg most northern state you won't be able to meet target.. my thoughts though

Not 'easily' per say, but they do if it is consistent. There are also many other traps and landmines on the job that can get one sacked

You will earn much more than that, but how much will remain with you out of it depends on the location you are posted to and the manager you work under. As for peace of mind, it doesn't exist in NB.

Agent start his bike and I entered with him to see the house, as we got to a particular neigbour hood where zink and plank were use to build majority of the houses I said to my self "i think we still av distance to go before getting to the said neigbour hood the agent is talking about" to my greatest surprise the agent stop his bike and said Oga we don reach, I looked at him and I remain mute.

Me: oya come show me the house

Agent: follow me, let me show you the house

The compund was something else, general toliet and bathroom.
The agent opened the door, the handle fell off I nod my head and smile.. as we entered the room I couldn't breath I don't know if the formal tenant that left the house was a mad person, the whole wall paint was pilled, every where was smelling, no net in the window.
The agent immediately started blaming the landlord that he didn't tell him the house is like this.
I just look my self and shake my head I said to myself maybe my dressing made this man to bring me to this shithole called house.
The next thing the agent said Oga u know say you will give me transport fare for taking you to this house. The eye I take look am eehh

What of staff welfare? The prison staff is nothing to write about .

alldayhr.com belongs to Workforce group and we will be getting our invite from their end. I was invited recently a trainee role there but was unable to attend. By implication, I already had a profile with them, all I did was just to click on submit button for this NB job. Check previous thread on sales executive NB.

For time immemorial they recruit sales executive through workforce and this one is not different. That site is for workforce major recruitment especially core functions. That aside the vacancy has expired now. Let wait and hope for test invite

see reasoning. so if I tell u this screening is documentation it will become encouragement? at this stage u don't need encouragement, what you need is information. and I dont see anything discouraging from my information...by the way, prison service last recruitment was done in 2014 and it was handled by CDFIPB.

bro don't say what you don't know.. the last recruitment prison had was 2006 which was organize by each state supervise by CDFIPB.. the other ones was replacement from to 2009 till 2016.. let me blow your ego, I was opportune to be part of the 2015 replacement so i don't know what you are talking about.

if you have problems in understanding English language then you should seek for help.nobody is discouraging anybody and if God has sign the job for you it must be for you...for information sake,prison board don't organise recruitment, CDFIPB do.documents screening is not documentation

am I disputing that? The last recruitment organize by prison in 2006 do you know how it was run? All I am trying to tell you is that be hopeful in the recruitment and stop discouraging people here.

have you seen an institution that document before they appoint? what you went for is certificate sighting and is part of screening that's why you were asked to come for final screening in the SMS they sent to you. for example in FRSC people were asked to come with their certificates in 1st stage and files were opened for them and later they shortlisted candidates needed for exams.would your call that documentations because you sumited your decuments? i dont know why some people pick offense in unnecessary things. i am not discouraging anybody because i belive the God who has bring you this far will lead you through. i pray u wil be successful.get yourself ready for documentations and appointment letter.make sure all the decuments you presented to them are still intact because you will need it again. open a bank account if you dont have any and get your bvn, because you will need all that during your documentations

brother stop discouraging people. What if I tell you that am a staff of Nigeria prison and those guys documented has gotten the job except if you are having issues with your credentials. Stop been pessimistic. You don't know a dime about prison and how they conduct their recruitment so stop discouraging people and be hopeful if you one of them.. if you are not part the people been documented please leave this thread.
