Alexus23: Bro... did you read the article at all? Go through it again, but slowly for easy comprehension, then come back, so we talk. Really? When did Buhari promise igbo 2023 presidency? If your elders aren't so bothered about the term, why are they trying to relate Buhari's recent visitation to promise of 2023 presidency? The truth is your people are obssesed with the term, but their ego wont allow them succumb to their masters. |

Whether una like trust him or not, the truth remains that Buhari will hand over to a Yoruba man. In fact, an Ijaw, edo or itshekiri man have a better chance at presidency compared to an igbo man. Make una learn politics, una go dey form stubborn. 2023 isn't too far. |

olujastro: This is one of the reasons the SouthEast always struggles to make even a tiny impact in politics at the national level. Myopic sentimentality, dislike for and inability to accommodate other tribes is at the heart of your political reasoning. When people in other zones are debating developmental issues during elections, you guys and your politicians especially will be dishing out silly sentimental issues like..."ACN is a yoruba party" -Ohakim, "APC is aboki party". Tomorrow y'all will open your mouths to say you are marginalized at the national level, demanding for the office of the President or VP. As if it's an office to be dashed out to the most sentimental ethnic group. I love my Igbo people, but honestly, I dislike their (quite a number of them) political reasoning. Leave them bro. 2023 is just few years to come now. They will still cry of marginalization when the same abokis they so much despise fail to vote for their candidate. I doubt an igbo man will ever become the president of Nigeria. |

Cyynthialove: This is why I laugh at some animals opposing Ipob and at the same time clamouring for restructuring, forgetting the fact that Ipob is the force behind the clamour for restructuring. Southerners have never clamoured for restructuring like this . The issue of restructuring became too hot this time around unlike before. We all know the slaves and their iddiotiic Masters that are opposing development and progress of southerners. That is why that slowpoke that called himself Yakasssi abi wetin be his name was asking of mumuzlem representatives at Ibadan summit because he knows the group of vagabonds they normally use to drag southerners back and have them destabilized. These hopeless slaves among us will claim to be clamouring for restructuring, but inside, they are hell bent in dancing to the tune of their northern Masters.
Dirty things!! Firstly, yorubas have always clamored for restructuring. You probably need to go back and Google about Aregbesola, Tinubu and ACN's stance on restructuring as far as back 2011. Where were you pigs then? You guys were there licking an Ijaw man's ass and believing it will last for years. Don't worry tho, Nigeria will get the restructuring before 2023 when it's time for an igbo man to lead the country. |

ivandragon: do you know the hundreds of millions of dollars in aid that has been given & pledged to assist the reconstruction of the North East? was there any complain about that?
when BH started with the destruction of churches & killings of non-muslims, didn't the North keep quiet because the destruction was targeted at non-salafists?
the problem with you & your ilk is that you dabble into areas you have no knowledge, but because you lot make a lot of noise, you think you are knowledgeable in that area.
you say the ND has being receiving interventions, fine, hasn't the North also being receiving same?
you say villages are non existent, do you know the number of areas in the ND that have become inhospitable because of the reckless oil exploration? at least once BH is 'defeated' people in the North can go back to their villages, some villages in the ND will remain inhospitable for at least 50 years...
look, take your myopic view elsewhere. argue with your fellow airheads please. You just proved my fears..Take care tho. |

ivandragon: the Niger Delta has been ravaged for over 40 years, why can't PMB also request for a special focus for the region that put Nigeria on the map as a key nation?
Lagos state is being threatened to be over run by the Atlantic ocean, why can't a special focus be given to the issue?
so when world bank gives loans to rehabilitate the north which started the destruction of their own land just to spite southern leaders, it is the same south that will be ravaged to pay back the loan...
madam oby, do not let the fear of PMB make you pull your punches, as a former VP at the WB, you know quite well the region that will be exploited to repay the loans...
do you think its fair? Are you sure you read all she said? Niger Delta has always received interventions in various forms. Lagos state's issue can never be a priority for the FG at this moment. Even though you despise the man, you shouldn't be scared of being truthful at times when it matters. North East and in extension the Northern region needs all the interventions and aids it can get at this time. Millions have been dipslaced and rendered homeless.. Several villages are practically non-existent again. You really don't have to politicize everything. It's not even as though it's the World Bank that will solve the gross of our national problems. |

wink2015: I just watched on television few minutes ago the 7am broadcast of President Buhari on Nigeria's Independence at 57.
I could hardly hear what he was speaking on, infact his voice were hardly audible. It was when I went online I could get the text of his broadcast.
Infact, Charly Boy was right in saying that Buhari is spent.
I noticed that Buhari could hardly speak out as he was dead inside. Infact, this seem to suggest that if not for the first class treatment that he got in the United Kingdom ( Britain ) the Buhari that we all saw could have been dead. Not minding the fact that Buhari is yet to disclose the cost of the treatment to Nigerian tax payer.
If Buhari was to be a President in the western democracy, he would have by now resigned given his disturbing health challenges.
I think it is about time the north look for another capable leader to represent them as the health problem is getting more serious. What we all saw on television was a dead man inside and outside that is managing to talk on microphone. You sound jittery and pained that the old man is still in office. Well, be ready to remain so for probably 6 years more bro. And by the way, go through this link and educate yourself about the extensive lists of American Presidents who remained in the Almighty 'White House' even though they had more disturbing health issues than Buhari. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/to-your-health/wp/2016/09/12/the-secret-history-of-presidential-disease-sickness-and-deception/?utm_term=.81cd15d9ece0 |
