BAT appointed him as commissioner for works, and with regards to that aspect of governance, aregbe can at least point to several landmark infrastructural projects as a governor that Obi can only dream of despite huge differences in the financial capacity of anambra and osun states.

Again, mention one person who’s known as an exceptional material through Obi!
