You're confused. Lagos alone gave Buhari almost 1.5m. And the other SWestern states ramped it up with another approximately 1.5m votes. Without ACN, Buhari would have remained a northern champion.

Well, technically, apc can never make 3m from any other part of South other than SW. The facts are there. And if you think pdp would ever lose in SS/SE (Almajiri and ewedu party), especially in the face of ipob activities and anti-north rhetorics, then you must be joking.
