Nice one! Please how can someone report a supermarket for selling expired goods to the commission?
A mall nearby sold a product which was expired two months ago for me. I complained and they asked me to wait for a week when they have new stock. Unfortunately, the so-called new stock they wanted to replace for me was also expired and they didn't even look surprised. At the end, they refunded my cash.
These malls can kill you if you don't shine eye and check products carefully.

You should ask your doc. I'm using the pregnacare max and dr said there is no need taking folic acid when it has already

I think pregncare stated that you shouldn't grind or break up the tablets. Your best bet is eba like zaynie suggested. I get steady eba and banga soup wey i reserve to use take my drugs everyday. Pele!
For the vomiting, try and carry about saltine crackers or ginger ale drink, or even dry cereal to be munching every minute. It can help suppress it. Also get mint gum to chew so your breath can stay fresh

@op, i would have loved to share my story with you but Nairaland has ears. The truth is, a wife who truly loves you and has even seen what you've done for her in the past, won't utter that demeaning statement. Its even worse she gave you an ultimatum.
You both are partners. Yes i know a husband is responsible for providing, but when he's unable to due to unfortunate circumstances, the partner steps in to help. That is true love and friendship.
I think you should talk to her and air your mind. Don't be quick to take any advice that involves divorcing her.

Hello all. Sorry to be sharing this sad news but i have to update u. Had baby last night but lost it. Had to be induced after passing due date. All went well nd heartbeat was checked regularly. But by the time he was born he didn't cry. Every thing was done to resuscitate him to no avail. I pray no other on this thread experience this. It is well!

OMG!!! So so sorry dear. I'm just short of words. Jehovah will help you cope with this unimaginable loss. He'll give you cause to smile again

If you doubt it Google who guidelines on treatment of malaria in pregnancy.

thanks for the encouragement i was advise on bedrest by the doctor and would keep to it but its not easy when you have a husband whose upbringing is that there is no relationship between a man and housekeeping or the kitchen.i will try.

I suggest you get someone to clean your house regularly and do the laundry. I had to do that after doc advised on strict bedrest and hubby was forming ajebutter.
A guy comes in to clean my entire house for 3k. While the laundry guys charge about 3k too for 40 pieces of clothes, bedsheets and duvet inclusive.
The only work left to do is washing of plates and cooking. Of which you can buy disposable plates and use for now to reduce workload. And if hubby can't cook, he can help you slice ingredients or boil the rice or sth sha. Just find ways to reduce stress to the minimum.
The baby must stay o. It's not going anywhere.

Well....the doctor shud better know his biz o...I'm not a fan of medications in early pregnancy. Maybe u shud ask him....get well soon.

He's an obgyn who once worked with general hospital in Kano but ran to Lagos because of the crisis.
I asked him o. He said its fine. Told him if it affects my baby, i'll sue them o. The quinine drip is almost finished. I think i also tested positive for typhoid.
I'm putting the baby's life in Jehovah's hands.

@MsPat, the sickness just landed me in the sick bed o. Dr did a malaria test and it came out positive. Test shows i have scanty malaria. I've been placed on drip with quinine and admitted at the hospital but i'm just scared of the effect of these medications on my baby

My 12weeks still far o. That means i have to bear till January? Chisos! I was just scared that it might be something else, because i've been so restless. To even drink water, na problem. Yesterday was worse, just couldn't bear it anymore
