I'm not in condemnation of any church. They have the right to make any decision they wish. But I just want to state this fact:

Do you know how to source for good content free of errors? The first social media manager job I got, I was asked to send out a couple of tweets right there during the interview. And they waited to see the response the tweet will attract. Fortunately for me, I'm quite witty when writing and got a good number of retweets in minutes. So prep yourself for similar scenario.

If this happens, remember the basics for a social media post: Good quality image, error-free post text, proper hashtags, and customise each post for each channel. Instagram favors the use of more hashtags than Facebook and is more about visuals, while Twitter has post limit.

Follow popular social media influencers and learn from them. They are very many.

You obviously can't be a pro overnight but if you can impress them with a knowledge of these basic things, they might not bother about previous experience as long as you show a willingness to learn and improve.

To further impress them, visit their social media channels(if they already do) and put together a simple strategy on how you intend to grow their brand on social media. Speak like you already work with them

Not in all cases sis. I and two of my brothers are into same line of business. We receive calls a lot from clients who want their jobs done, we monitor dollar rate because of fiverr gigs we buy and Facebook ads, and we of course talk about our clients a million times at home. Doesn't necessarily mean we are into Yahoo or what they call it. We are into digital marketing and online publicity.

Yahoo guys are very easy to spot but not with these alone. I've met quite a number of them when i was single and I didn't need a seer to tell me they are into that stuff.

Pls did anyone experience this: My LO has a slight lump on his right thigh after taking the 10wk immunization. The site at first was red and warm to touch but now after 10days isn't warm or red anymore but,there is still a slight lump.Baby can kick his leg and is active as usual.
My concern is will the lump eventually dissolve?Is it normal for these kind of vaccines or is there a cause for alarm? Pls help a ftm.

Same thing happened to my LO. The nurse wasn't careful when injecting him. As long as baby is active and okay, I don't think there is any cause for worry. It will disappear. Mine took weeks before the lump dissolved. I applied shea butter(ori) on the surface without pressing it down. I guess it also helped
