Please mamas help a worried mum, my baby will be 6 weeks on Friday, there is so much heat coming out of his body as in when am carrying him I will be feeling the hotness coming out of his body but he is not running temperature because I have been monitoring his temperature and the highest is 36.8.

My mum noticed this when i went home and she told me to give him water more often as the heat is as a result of him being hot inside or dehydrated. I did it and it reduced.
Just make sure you keep him cool and not overdress him with cap, socks, mittens, blanket and all.

That's the issue because it doesn't make sense...even if you take the matter to court.

The man abusing the woman is a serious matter on its own. But then, that doesn't give the gym busybodies the right to avenge for the woman - it's really not their business, especially as the man didn't assault his wife in their presence (in which case they can claim that they applied force in defence of the woman).


The woman has family members she can report to. She can also report to respected individuals such as clerics, or if the matter warrants, law enforcement agencies.. She can even file for divorce.. But for unconcerned third parties like random gym boys to meddle into such a matter even without apparent cause is not acceptable.

I assume the marriage is effectively over. She would have to be on a suicide mission to go back to that house and face her husband after instigating her 'boyfriends' to assault him in public (that's how most men would interpret it).

Bottom line is that two wrongs never make a right.

My point is violence is violence. Whether it was from a husband or wife's friends. The conduct of the husband should also be condemned along with the conduct of the so-called gym buddies.
You should never raise your hands against a fellow human if its not your child.

Almost done with my shopping but i havent got toiletries for lo. I initially planned using pure coconut oil and shea butter for his skin wit johnson soap but dh has refused. Says he wants his baby to smell nice and all that as he hates the smell of shea butter. Right nw, i'm at a loss on which product would be nice for lo's soap, cream, powder, hair oil etc. Pls i really need suggestions of a good product that wont cause him any reactions nd keep his skin supple.
Secondly, i need advice on daipers too. During shopping, i saw dis large molfix daipers mini , cnt recall how many inside but it goes for about 4k. Says it can be used from 0-6months. Pls is it a good choice to start with as per quality and size?

I use palm kernel oil mixed with shea butter for my boy. I also started with Chicco body wash, then moved to Johnsons baby soap. I'm yet to find the Dove Pure and Sensitive soap cus the review are awesome.

As for diaper, molfix diaper has different sizes. I used Size 2 from 0 to 2months, Size 3 from 2months to 5months and we are currently on Size 4. So its not a one size fits all diaper.
But please beware of fake molfix which has flooded the market. Buy from recognized stockists and supermarkets like Shoprite.

One of my husband's favourite meals is Yam and palm oil. Give him fried egg or beans or vegetable to eat the yam and he'll still ask for the palm oil.

So its probably what the man loves.
