It's called abdominal colic by some paed.

Make sure you burp him well after every meal.

Gently massage his tummy in a circular motion, including the navel after his bath with towel dipped in hot water to help your LO release more seed-like poo. It'll give him some relief

You can massage his tummy with oil also when the pain is severe and your LO will sleep off like a baby

Place him on his tummy and tap his back gently. Don't do this unsupervised.

Lay him on his back and move his legs in bicycle motion.

If you are bottlefeeding, make sure he doesn't suck in air as it makes the colic worse.

Some mamas swear by drugs like infacol but i don't advise it.

With time, your LO will outgrow it. It's just a phase.

Please able mamas in the house, I just want to know if it's normal to have body / joint pains at 34 weeks+. I've been managing the pains since yesterday but it seems to be getting worse. My fingers feel weak, I was given immunisation injection on my arm yesterday but I don't know if I can attribute the pain to that or it's just coincidental. I already took panadol to ease the pain. Should I be worried or wait it out?

It might reaction to the immunuzation. Just watch it for the rest of the day. If it doesn't subside, then see your doc to be on the safe side

good day mamas,am 29 weeks but I fell pain in my vagina (its rubbed with pepper),I feel pain when i clean after urinating(if I touch it),my urine looks conc (I drink water like a whale) and my feet's are swollen.
Pls chook mouth for my matter abeg should I be worried,did urine and stool culture 2 weeks back but no drug was given ad regards the test result.

i didnt give d new organisation d impression dat i am working coz d administrator asked me so i dnt blow up my chances of being taken coz i was d only one called for interview.

I know you didn't. But its the norm for most big organizations to give you some time to organize your affairs before you resume duties. So ask for probably 2 weeks before you resume, if 1 month is not feasible.

where i work presently d pay is too low but had to take it coz it was my only option of aving a job after searching tirelessly.i av bin a staff for a year now and doing well in my duties.recently i got an interview invite to a bigger organisation which av initially applied to and neva tout they would call me.

i av attended the interview nd with God on my side i pray am called coz based on my performance in the written test the maths was a no go area for me coz i couldnt attempt any question but i cleared d english aspect well.

my present boss just increased salary by 10% effective nxt month salary.

incase the other organization calls me to resume, plz hw do i leave my present job peacefully witout upseting my boss.

NB; i am more like her secretary/PA

I handle major duties at work nd my leaving will surely make tins difficult for my boss cos its too sudden.

Ask the new organization to give you at least a month before resuming duties.

Then depending on your relationship with your boss, send a friendly and respectful mail informing her that you wish to terminate your job in a month's time.

That notice should be enough for her to find a suitable person to replace you and train him/her in your duties before you leave. Leaving without adequate notice sometimes doesn't end well.
