I was started on antibiotics of diff types, dressing of the site morning and evening. I was still oozing pus although the antibiotics killed the smell, it wasn't until the third day before the pus stopped pouring and just started dripping out. I stayed on admission again for another 1 week, my babies were even discharged before me and were brought to me in d ward.

God helping us, d pus has dried up, although I'm still on antibiotics, but God saved my life. I still wonder why none of d docs ever suspected sepsis. My malaria result came out and showed negative, which means all that while, I didn't have malaria.

We are home now and doing well.
For mamas that will do CS, pls don't ignore any extra pain you feel, always keep the site dry and clean with spirit regularly, d docs didn't tell me this.

Thanks everyone for the messages, I'm sorry can't mention names individually couldn't read back. I appreciate you all.

November mamas, wish you all safe delivery.

So what should you be eating? Bitterleaf and grass? Its all these type of people that used to raid fridge for chocolate cake at 2 am when no body will see them.

All you need is a healthy and a varied diet. I see nothing wrong with those food. Who told her salad has to be sweet, you can have salad withour the cream or mayo and use a healthier dressing.

Lemon dressing is easy to make: just some lemon juice and olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper.

When next she says anything tell her you will ask for her treasured opinion when you need it. And offer her some of your food.

@evacroft no vex u hear.wen I was going on bed rest one asked if its cos of ordinary pregnancy am going on bed rest.I no even answer her.When I resumed she said it's so painful that I stressed myself n still didn't cm wit a baby. Na there she see my red eye na.she no dey near me again na.she is also TTC BT won't learn to control her mouth. always having opinion abt peoples affairs.

Mamas that may want to do hot steaming for their kids, do it without adding anything just the hot water is okay, use bucket instead of bowl, keep the bucket on the ground and turn baby's face towards it, cover both of you with thick towel, to do this easily local sit is advised. Your baby will sweat and the mucus must come out by force, pls use your mouth to suction it out (its your baby, don't get irritated). Do this anytime he sneeze hard with mucus. After the steaming, apply mentholatum on the chest, back, feet, ribs and palm, wear chest cover cloth for him/her.

Do this morning and night, the cattarh will flee away.
