I think it is that they are not considered to be "overfed or overweight" as opposed to a formular fed baby of same age and weight who may be considered overweight and you may be asked to reduce feeds.

Goodmorning mamas,trust we slept well,please so sorry to disturb am a new mum,i knw have not bin a member her but i really need ur help,please my 2months old baby has tiny boils lik pimples all over her body,i was told its happens to babies that are fat/going to be fat(my baby is fat doe) and when it burst it spread,ave checked and its not chicken pox,please have any one witness such and what can i use to clear it,her whole body is a mess i can even bath her well so it wont burst.thank you mamas.
And secondly on tueday i took my baby to the hospital for immunization she was given injection on her lab,both laps,yesdty i noticed d spot had turned red n swollen,pls wat can i do for dis case.tnk u so much

I can't tell if my case was as severe as yours but i switched to dettol, washed his towel more often, and continued using palm kernel oil. The things cleared off on their own.

I was also told its because my baby is fat.

My son's lap was also swollen after immunization. Apply shea butter lightly and with time, the swelling will reduce. Try not to press it down and ensure his diaper is not tight around the laps.

The area around the opening is hard but i dont feel pain if i press it but a bit of soreness on the left part and the stitched area is looking as if it a wound scar trying to heal ,the cut is closed ....the soreness only apply to the left part....do u think i stress myself or an infection..

Just let your doc take a look at it sis.

My own incision opened and was bringing out fluid after i went shopping at shoprite. I trekked a long distance because shoprite was at the far end of the mall. And i also went to the market after i was done. 2 days after, my incision opened. It could be the cause.

Stress less, clean well, see your doc.

It's not suppose to bring out mucus. Its probably infected or you have a wound breakdown.

Is the area around the opening hard and sensitive to touch?

How's Hansel and his dad? I think she is saying that so as to prevent Hansel from having jedi-jed/ slimy stool. My MIL said i can take whatever as long as I take boiled scent leaf( that is my agbo) to cleanse my system.

I eat all desirables so to avoid stories that would stress me, I succumbed.

I got scent leaves in bulk, boiled ,stored in 1 litre Eva bottles in my freezer and I restock once I notice it remains 2 bottles and true, my boy hasn't had one in his stool .

Just make the best out of your last few weeks of being pregnant. Get distracted. Visit the cinema, do the things you love doing. When baby comes, its a different ball game.

I think its part of the regular aches and pains associated with approaching 3rd trimester. If your LO is moving and the pain is not that severe, just try and rest.

If it becomes unbearable, you should see a doc for general checkup.
