Modified: Just saw your response. If you last saw your period Feb 11th then you should be 10weeks pregnant and your due date is November 17th.

I might have been wrong to bite your head off on a comment that was made four years ago, however I have noticed a lot of clients do not put a lot of things into consideration when agents find them house. Being a real estate agent is also a legitimate job but people think we are criminals because they have heard or have bad experiences with some.

I totally understand that but no one then will happily agree to pay 45k for a 3months shortlet apartment and pay a whole 30k for agency fee. Agreement and caution fee hasn't even been included. That's almost 100% of the entire rent. If it was a one year rent, i would have understood.
I think its only the unenlightened ones who would view a real estate agent as a criminal or look down on them. I have quite a number of friends who are well-to-do and their major job is real estate. Not every agent is hungry, from my experience.

Ordinary 30k is too much for agency fee? I pity the agent that will work with you people. You expect the agent to walk around in this heat, make numerous phone calls, move around again only to be paid a mere 30k of which it's likely he will split it into two because of the networking process involved in the business. I pray to God he doesn't give me clients like you people.

Mix egg yolk tin tomato liquid milk and a malt drink together and drink, my pcv was also low and a nurse in my dh hospital recommended it to me , dh kick against it because he's a doctor but me I took it o and lo and behold my blood count increased within two weeks. Dh self was also surprised by d result. Increase ur vegetables intake especially ugwu it can also help.

Mama, taking raw egg is NEVER recommended in pregnancy o. Ask doctors and check online. Soft-boiled or raw eggs most times carry salmonella bacteria, so it's not a good idea to eat them while you are pregnant. Its better to take just the tin tomato, milk and malt. Please abeg, let's play safe even tho we feel its right, and not recommend to other mamas what's unsafe. Pls

I don complain give my doc. He asked me to increase my calcium intake by taking 2tablets.
So now I use Pregnacare Plus, 2tabs of calcium and 1dose of blood capsule..
And I still feel this way... abeg e dey normal so?

Lo don dey work nite shift now.. bfor na afternoon shift. So no sleep for nite now

Hey dear, you can switch between your left and right side, but more on your left. That was what i was told. Also use as many pillows as possible to relieve the hip and knee pain. Its what works for me. For heartburn, i chew two tablets of danacid whenever it pops up and it relieves me instantly. Happy bumping!

Sorry about your plight dear. I work from home but i try as much as possible to reduce stress especially with home cleaning. There's a guy who comes to clean my house regularly. He just comes, cleans everywhere and go. At first, dh didn't like the idea but when he saw how respectful and honest the guy is, he didnt complain anymore. The guy was working with a cleaning company but is now on his own. He mops the floor, arranges clothes, washes bathroom with chemicals, cleans kitchen, cleans fridge, cleans fans and windows. And he charges 4k.
Just use professional pple like that and you'll enjoy it.
The only ish i still have is cooking because light is almost non-existent here. So i cook almost every two days. Dh sometimes helps out too tho, in helping me to do stuff like pick beans, make eba, warm soup and lay bed. I pray he continues even when baby comes. Lol

Wit my 1st, d placenta was posterior lying nd kicks well felt, wit my 2nd, it was anterior almost tru out d preg but later moved 2 d posterior during my last scan nd b4 delivery. My baby was a sleepy baby tru out so d kicks were not always hard. 4 dis pregnancy, my scan says it's anterior nd kicks have not been 2 hard bt I know my gynea is hoping it changes 2 posterior b4 due date. So am asking, nytn wrong wit an anterior lying placenta @ birth?

An anterior placenta simply means your baby is taking a backseat behind your placenta. The fact that your placenta is in an anterior position doesnt pose any risk to you or your baby at all.
But if the anterior placenta decides to move down and lie low in your uterus, it could partially or completely block off the cervix and lead to placenta previa. That is when you have to do a CS. Don't be scared sha even if it moves down because the placenta generally moves around in the uterus a little during pregnancy, and by the time baby is ready to pop out, it might have moved out of the way.
Mine has been anterior all this while until my 25th week that it moved to posterior position
