There are so many. Just ask any good chemist for either Pregnacare Original, Pregnacare Plus or Pregnacare Max. They range between 2500 and 6k. Don't forget to also include one dose of folic acid daily until the foetus is aborted. No side effects at all

This thread has always been peaceful without issues. We mamas see each other as one so i don't understand why we should be getting upset over something as trivial as your question not being answered. It happens to almost everyone here.
Mum Pintoxx i believe this is the second time uve accused and provoked for mamas here for (according to you) deliberately ignoring your question and giving preference to who they know. So many people corrected you that we do not show favouritism here and yet you're still accusing us again. Haba!
There are so many reasons why your question might have been ignored:
- Most mamas do not have an answer. We are not doctors and we are learning
- You posted it at a time when most mamas are offline or busy with responsibilities, hence it was skipped
- You didn't tag the active mamas here so they can easily see your mention and reply you when they come online
- Hot gist was going on when you posted your question so it got mixed up in between the convo and no one noticed
- We are not perfect. I can see your question and say i'll reply you but later forget
- Lastly, the few mamas who might have an answer to your question are busy, because no one pays them to sit on the thread and reply people.

I believe we've explained some of this to you before. Your ranting is totally uncalled for and if we keep tolerating this here, very soon this thread with start having bad blood. Almost everyone here too is pregnant so if you allow your hormones control you and you keep lashing out, you go soon see mamas wey their blood dey hot too o. #OneLovePlease

Mum ahnie, there is no storm in marriage that is too big to overcome. Despite everything that happened in my family, i thought things will be terrible by now, but my mum and dad got over it. I'm not an expert in marriage matters as my marriage is barely a year so i can't say much. But don't ever give up and always consider Zino in whatever you do. That doesn't mean you should take nonsense sha, especially when your health and life is in danger. When Zino grows up, you'll be surrpised at the way she'll always stand up for you whenever your dh treats you badly. My dad can no longer do anything to my mom anymore because he's scared of us. We started standing up to him some years back and since then, my mum has been at peace.
We'll keep you and your family in our prayers

@demijevu, your best bet is UBTH. I'm even contemplating travelling to Benin to deliver there because my sis-in-law and cousin are doctors there, so they will monitor my case properly.

@all the fashionista mamas, una well done. That's why i can't do without this thread in a day. The love we share here is just amazing.
As for me, i've never had a problem with dressing(tho i'm still learning sha because learning never stops), i'm a makeup artist tho i don't do it professionally, and i shop with some of these Instagram accounts mentioned.
But i made a very silly and terrible mistake. I shopped for lovely gowns and tops i felt would look great on me when my bump starts showing. I didn't know my boobz will grow as big as this and my bust area will be so tight.
All the stylish dresses i got from @buddingblue, none are my size again. They stopped zipping when i was even 14 weeks. I bought some set of low heeled shoes to make small shakara with my bump, but my big leg can't fit in again.
I even got a very expensive dress from Trish O Couture that i planned to wear to special events with dh, but e nor dey gree zip again. Now i'm left to repeat clothes up and down. I only have three tops that are my size.
I pray no one ever makes my kind of mistake. Feel like crying. All my plan to form sexy preggie mama failed...

I saw this on frontpage and decided to share. It doesn't matter how long you've been TTC. When its your time to shine, even you would find it hard to believe. Don't ever give up, dear mamas-to-be. And never give anyone the room to make you sad with their hurtful words. Your baby is on the way and you will have the last laugh...

She said they've been having sex since December before they finally got married last month. So the man was probably trying to test the waters and got disappointed.
First she shouldn't have tried to conceive before marriage, tho its her choice sha.
Secondly, she should try and get some pregnancy books that explains how conception works so he can read. If he has a good phone, let her download pregnancy apps on his phone so he can be enlightened and understand that fertility is not one-sided. By the way, how can he just assume they won't have kids in just 4 months? You'll have to be trying to concieve for at least a year before some docs will even take you serious.
Let her not allow him turn her into an emotional wreck because thinking too much also affects conception. Rather let her wipe her tears, sit up and make him see the folly of his actions.

Yes sometimes. You might wanna go to the hospitals to run tests to eliminate malaria. (The test is very important)
Simple tip: when you feel the headache coming up, go and lie down in a your bedroom, draw the curtains to make the room dark. If you can get an ice pack,place it on ur forehead. Dump all electronics too. Have a nice rest and you will wake up very refreshed.( My Docs prescription)

This advice is tested and trusted. Its what worked for me the last time i had splitting headache

I understand your pain. Sneezing in pregnancy is one thing i always dread, because the pain is not funny at all. I've never had catarrh and continuous sneezing though. Other mamas who have experienced it can help you out. Pele dear
