Patrotism: You May need to cross-check your facts because sabbath was mentioned more in the new testament than the old. But just let you know: The day of worship was never in doubt nor questionable so there was really no need to re-emphasize it. Jesus and all His disciples were all Sabbath keepers. After Jesus the early apostle continued in that custom, so it was never called to question. even Jesus observed Sabbath in the grave. |

those young girl's are aged 13 and above, they've started menstruating. many of them have been using cloths as always is now 400 and above, which they can't afford. Here we are making use of availables, if I am opportuned to share always or lady care, after giving them one which contains 8pad, what happens the next month they can't buy it? developing nations are starting to adopt the idea of reusable pads, we have to recognise the fact that poverty is real in some places. washing and sun drying will go a long way. with 500naira, they can make 2 pads for themselves. |

A female member of National Youths Service Corp serving in Kogi State identified as Omotunde Blessing Tolulope has trained 500 school female girls on how to make reusable sanitary pads Omotunde, who is serving at Kogi state college of nursing and midwifery, obangede, Kogi in a chat withNews Punch said she took upon herself to train the girls as her personal community development service project considering the challenges posts by the high cost of a sanitary pad in the market. She said so many young ladies engage in so many unhealthy practices in lieu of the unaffordable sanitary pads in the market The training which News Punch learned took place on 29th and 30th of June 2017 at at some selected secondary school. The beneficiary schools are; community secondary school obangede, iliasu-atta memorial group of school, okaito and Government Girls unity secondary school, oboroke. They were taught how to take good care of their body and vagina, after which materials were handed out to them and a reasonable no were able to complete their pad at the time of training. The aim of the project was achieved, the girls expressed their appreciation and asked her to visit again. Career › Re: My Lebanese Boss Promises To Sack Me When Next I Bend Or Try To Collect His Bag by mizthorlu(f): 7:17am On Nov 03, 2016 |
moscobabs: Just resumed my new office last week o.
My first time of working with White man sa (Lebanese) , The man is free and humble in fact everybody loves him, among other Lebanese my Boss is jovial, free and hardworking man.
He has worked in 5 African countries so he understands Africa and her culture very well.
The real story....
I resumed very early this morning and I decided to wait in front of office before I start today's activities when I saw my boss coming down from his Truck carrying his bag , as a young Yoruba man that comes from good background ..lol So I ran to him and say Good morning sir (bend my head) and I stretch my hand to collect his bag.
The man who has never disrespect me like that before shouted on me!!
Who owns the bag? he asked
repeat!!!! who owns the bag moscobabs?
Me: You sir!!!! I replied..
if it's me "why should u collect it from me?
Me: I just wanted to help u sir.
Y? ..... I couldn't respond .
I say why? ...meet me in office now!!!! he commanded .
We entered his office and he sat me down
moscobabs, You were employed as so so so in this company not to carry bag, the bag belongs to me and I must carry it, also you always bend whenever you greet me...please its not necessary, in fact its not official, I just opportune to be your boss, you are married as I , You are graduate although you are younger than me but you have to attach respect to yourself.
I was like " ki la gbe, ki la ju" but I replied him by saying ....
Sir, I am african we have cultures and Traditions and parts of these is what I did, We respect our elders and seniors that's why we bend or prostrate while greeting and we do help them carry their loads even if we carry ours too.
And he responded with smiles...No problem But when next you greet me in such an embarrassing way or try to collect my bag I won't think twice before I sack you!!!
I beg o Is anything wrong in what I did?
Is there any other reason for his reaction?
The man just dey look me somehow since morning if na to carry bag for woman now, you go dey form... |
Romance › Re: Is It Ok For Ladies To Carry Condoms In Their Bags? by mizthorlu(f): 5:51am On Nov 03, 2016 |
the comments on here makes me weak, lots of kids with internet this days.
a girl can go out with a condom tucked safely somewhere in her purse or bag...its her health and her life...if it is okay for a man to buy a condom, why can't she buy? cos she's a female bah?
health is wealth and the earlier we realise that, the better for us. that doesn't make her a prostitute, she's just cautious.
my virology lecture in school then said "it is better you carry your condom around, you never can tell". that doesn't make you a slot or cheap, what then do we call guys that have it in there wallets and cars?
enough of shaming our choices cos we are ladies and your alpha nature is hell bent on shaming Nd undermining us |
