Agree, but Tecno is gradually creating a niche for itself in africa, of all the fones you mention, none is as popular and with many variants as Tecno (I may be wrong). The fact that some very unknown names appear on gsmarena is what baffles me. I believe that when a fone is on gsmarena, user review is always abundant, and this can also enhance user's experience. Am just wondering what it takes for phones to be listed in such sites. Thanks though.

Gsmarena is a very popular website that lists nearly all brands of gsm and their specifications, including their users review. However I am still at a loss as to why gsmarena has never listed TECNO products in its list of phones, more surprising is the fact that there are phones in the list that I have never heard exists, e,g xolo,spice,micromax etc. What does it take for a phone to get noticed and listed, with all the inroad exploits that tecno is making in Africa why has gsmarena not list it? Is there something am missing?

Would you like to enter the market, make some profit and exit or are you interested in dividends and bonuses from companies? I think you will get more responses if you let the house know the type of investor you are and what you really want.

Am in for the medium and long term. I am more for capital appereciation than for dividends. Bonus may be attractive if it is not that of already bloated equities. In all ROI is the essence not much for retirement. Thanks. I can't wait to take positions.

Do your research well, use website like www.proshareng.com, www.moneyhub.net, www.cashcraft.com etc to get further details and analysis and there are plenty gurus in this forum and another one www.stockmarketnigeria.com that can help out.

Anyway am considering venturing back into the system for whatever I dont know, just that my hunch tells me it is an emerging market that holds some future possibilities. My take now is that I want to test the waters with 500k to 1mil. To the consistent gurus in the house, where and in what stocks will you advise me to take positions?
