I honestly don't know. However, we've had two different sets of approvals this week from the IRCC office at Lagos. This may indicate that they're working more now and you should get a response between now and early next week.

Is it in ircc in Lag that will stamp the passport?

Even if they implement a new lockdown, it won't affect international students. The last lockdown didn't affect students whose study permits were approved before March 18th. A new lockdown would definitely not affect students.

Please Rebecausoro, I have received three emails from VFS global, I received two on the 20th, when do you think I'll get the fourth one and my passport will get stamped?

After getting the email, did you get your counterfoil?
Or you have gotten it before?

Email was acknowledged and then this morning, my passport status changed to under process. Hopefully, I will return with better news tomorrow or next.

It's very likely your application has been approved. Get a GCMS note. I also think you should send an inquiry to Nairobi. I have an applicant in the same situation. He submitted around the same time as you. GCMS says application approved but he's still waiting for PPR. He has emailed Nairobi and he's waiting for response. Let me know if you send an inquiry to Nairobi.

Please I submitted my student visa since February 22nd 2020, had my biometrics and medical test done which I passed but still haven't gotten an update about my application uptill now, I have made use of the Nairobi web form but still no updates. What do you advise I do?
