if u have tried different operating system cds, and it does not work, change the drive, is it a desktop or laptop system. If its a desktop, remove the hdd and load it on another system.

sir it does not remove the scrathes. it only removes strong dirt from the surface of the cd.

You sound a bit funny my sister. Your bluetooth,sound and LAN can't be formatted because they're hardware devices. Just make sure the required drivers on the Cd pack is not lost. Your laptop could suffer if there is some kind of virus you're unable to identity or you've too much programs running and so many other things.

A tip: After formatting, make sure you install programs you need only and be careful of the appilications you download if you're online to prevent viral attacks-not H.I.V o

The issue isn not poor signal, The Wifi networks in your area have probably been locked down to prevent unauthorised access. So unless your good at hacking etc you have to keep hoping that one day, a free wifi access point will pop upin your area

chairman, basically, there are two security options provided in public wi-fi system to the best of my knowledge, i stand to be corrected,

1. WEP. This one would require a user to enter a particular HEX key provided by the service provider and from the post, it is very clear that WEP is not the case here.

2. MAC ADDRESS AUTHENTICATION: this one would not allow you connect atall. If you don't connect, you cannot even try to obtain an ip address and the poster is trying to obtain an ip address,

if its supposed to get you an ip address automatically, then it means the issue here is poor signal its either you try to come out in open space and take a height (that is move to a place with a higher elevation) or you save your self the stress and get yourself a wireless radio.

Come to think of it, no body can really do anything to ur account physically if they dont have your pin and your card but every thing can be done to you through the evil called the internet. All they need is your atm card no, expiry date and pin and they are done. So, be careful where you put in your ping and where you drop your cards

Anytime you run wireless, you risk providing free for all service unless you properly secure it and stay up for as long as the network is up.

it looks like an adware issue but if u say u have used anti adware, then clear your temp int files, cookies and bowsing history.

service centre or not is it not money u use in servicing? they usually have screen issues and can't stand a small fall (from experience)

proxy can be one reason and the config of your firewall can also be another. if there is no proxy configured on the network, then check your router. this is whre the issue usually is.

confirm by checking whats the sites have in common , that makes them not open on some systems, problem solving basics
